GOLDEN MULLET on Sandy Creek, Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

Wonderful accommodations at this condo! The parking and 1st floor proximity made it really convenient! Tastefully decorated and spacious. Owner was very communicative and kind! Would book again for sure.

We’ve been visiting the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area now for almost a decade and we’ve never considered staying at the same condo again. We usually try to switch it up and have never been that impressed to want to stay somewhere twice. We plan on staying at tidewater 101 again for sure! Kathy was so pleasant to work with and so friendly. The condo is gorgeous & beautifully decorated as well as super clean and has everything you need! We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to come back & stay here again! 5 stars from the Myers family!

For 35+ years, we have vacationed annually at OB or GS years. We are thrilled that we found Kathy's Tidewater 101! Kathy's condo is our most FAVORITE place we have EVER stayed! Kathy is an amazing hostess! We recently stayed 2 different times at Tidewater and both times were FABULOUS vacations! P.S. We have booked another stay at Tidewater for later this summer!

My grandfather and currently my parents have rented from Miss. Kathy for the past eight years. She provided first class service to my fiance and I during our Easter week stay at Rhythm on the Tide condo. The location and accommodations were perfect for our friends and our needs. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was amazing!

We stayed at Kathy & Kent's Tidewater condo over spring break & will definitely be back!! The condo was nice, spacious & had everything there you might need. We also liked that it was a smaller, single building complex so it was quiter & not too crowed! BUT most importantly of all... Kathy treated us like family 🤗 She went above & beyond for our family, picking us up on the side of the road! We drove 20hrs across the country, were 30 minutes away from the condo when our SUV had a sudden tire issue & had to be towed to a nearby shop. When I called to tell her we were going to be late arriving & meeting her at the condo & why... she did not hesitate in offering to come help us in an unfamiliar area. 

We have been staying at Kathy and Kent’s properties every summer for the last 8 years. Everyone needs a vacation but it’s always nice to stay somewhere that gives you that feeling of being home. From the first visit we knew we were home. Everything you could possibly think of is supplied for your convenience and if it’s not there, they will be sure to get it for you. Just as you would take pride in your home Kathy and Kent take pride in their vacation properties. You will always be greeted with that sweet southern hospitality they are known for. And all the properties are conveniently located to shopping, the best local food dives and of course the beautiful OB beaches. Wether your looking for a beach location of a little privacy away from the crowds, Cute Beach Cottages has you covered. You may come to Orange Beach as guests but we can assure you that you will leave as friends!! 

We are a couple of snowbirds from Indiana and had the pleasure of renting the Golden Mullet from Kathy/Kent Trione. The house with its 2 bedrooms and extra sleeping futon had plenty of sleeping room for the company that came to visit. When the weather permitted the grill was a blessing. The fact that our dog was able to come along on the trip was an added benefit. Even though we don’t have a boat I could see where the boat ramp could be useful. The addition of a pool later this spring we add to the amenities of this house. The proximity to Al 59 and Foley makes it easy access to restaurants/outlet mall/grocery stores an additional plus. I would highly recommended renting this house if you are looking for a place for boating access and relaxation. We will be looking forward to returning next winter.

We want to express our gratitude for the beautiful accommodations at your Tidewater condo. My two kids loved the beach and indoor pool. We hope to return in warmer weather and utilize the outdoor pool. The two balconies gave us room to spread out and sleeping was great in the nice king beds. 

Our recent stay at Mango Moon was exceptional! We are locals and just wanted a little getaway with the kids. We took our boat and our Maltipoo, and had a wonderful time. Mrs. Kathy was very sweet and has gone the extra mile to insure that her renters have a clean, comfortable place to stay with wonderful amenities literally right out your back door!
