Check-in was a breeze and she was always available when needed. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. My family and I enjoyed our first trip to Orange Beach thanks to Sandy's recommendations for local activities. We're looking forward to our next trip and hoping to check out her other locations in the future.

It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. We loved the layout of the house, the ensuite bedrooms, the very well stocked kitchen, the comfortable living space with throw blankets, the coffee bar and new bar area. There were extra paper products & cleaning supplies you might need for little spills. Our family of 8 adults, 1 child and a dog had plenty of space to sleep, eat and hangout. The bedrooms stayed nice & quiet even when there was noise in the living room. At night, after my 2 year old granddaughter went to bed upstairs we stayed up talking, playing games and laughing, and we never woke her up. (we had a monitor to hear if she woke up) This was the best house I have ever stayed in. Sandy was a great host and her house provided all the comforts of home.

Hands down the most comfortable and well equipped beach house we have ever stayed in . Sandy has thought of everything that you might need . We had 6 adults and 5 children in our group and everyone had plenty of room . I cannot say enough about the comfortable beds , pillows and linens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Everything was as described. Beds were super comfortable, and the configuration was perfect for our group of 10. Beach access was very close and easy to get to. Sandy was easy to work with and communicated frequently. Would definitely stay here again!

Three generations stayed here for a family wedding in February and had the best time. The house is very comfortable and in a great location. Sandy has thought of everything you might need. And she’s responsive and helpful! 5 star stay and 5 star hosts!

Great for family trips. The area is quiet yet convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. The host was very gracious and attentive. There was convenient backyard access. It was spacious and well maintained. One of the things I appreciated most is that there was adequate and available coffee, trash bags, and cleaning products. Although the linens were not spot free during our stay, the host responded promptly to have them replaced in less than an hour. I feel very confident in the host’s willingness to address any and all of our concerns and definitely hope to make a return visit soon!

When someone came up out of everyone’s control she did her best and was always proactive in making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The house was beautiful and walkable to community pool. Well stocked and made for a peaceful stress free vacation. We will be staying with Sandy again! Need more hosts like her 10/10

Very clean. All of the extra lounging blankets (in living room) had been washed, which isn’t always my experience at other. Plenty of storage to unpack and get organized for a longer stay. Lots of towels, so no need to pack those. Sandy was very responsive, even with random small inquiries. Plenty of room for 2 families (4 adults, 5 small kids & doggy). Close proximity to public access beaches. One recommendation that has nothing to do with the house- for groceries, go early in the morning or one will be waiting in long check out lines. Overall A+++. We had a great time!

This home has one of the biggest yards in the neighborhood, and backs up to beautiful wetlands, that then back up to the Gulf State Park. We have absolutely fallen in love with this area and you will too. It’s the perfect balance of space and luxury, plus walkability! Right at the front of the neighborhood are two incredible restaurants Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, and The Ruby Slipper, plus several more in walking distance. Even walking distance to Live Bait for live music and a nightclub. The beach is a half mile away with Romar public beach access. Walk if you’d like, or hop in the car and you’re there in no time at all. Use our supplied beach cart and toys.
USA Today recently named the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail the best recreational trail in the country for 2023. The Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail is an award-winning 28+ mile paved trail system that takes visitors throughout the 6,150 acres of Gulf State Park, and there are several access points right down the road from the house.
High End entertainment options!! We have an 85” Roku TV in the Living Room, plus a 75” in the game room, 50” in the double bedroom, 43” in all the other bedrooms. You will have YouTube TV as well so you can watch all your favorites plus live TV and sports. I’ve stocked a Sonos Move portable speaker to take on the porches and to the firepit area as well.
In the neighborhood just down the street there’s a huge beautiful pool for you to use, and a putting green. We’ve stocked the house with pool and beach towels, and some beach toys, portable chairs and a cart. We’re situated right smack in the middle between Flora-Bama, and the Gulf Shores Hangout. I’ve tried them both and they are great for live music.
We’ve also put together a local guide that you’ll get when you check in. Don’t miss all the great seafood, and there’s a dolphin tour that I just couldn’t believe. Orange Beach Alabama combines southern hospitality, delicious fresh seafood, beautiful tall pine tree forests, wetlands, and the beach.
