To reserve my unit - a Guest List form must be submitted. 1/2 of the fee is also due to reserve room. Balance due 60 days before arrival if possible. If time does not allow - entire balance due at reservation. Parking passes purchase at office onsite. $36 per vehicle - max 2 cars.
This is a no smoking unit - cannot smoke in unit or on patio. Romar Place has a designated smoking area.

But once inside your private condominium, you'll appreciate your quiet balcony space that boasts one of the most beautiful Gulf views in Orange Beach. See the sun rise as you sip your morning cup of tea or coffee or finally dive into that book you just haven't had time to read. Your patio is also a great place to watch loved ones enjoy the beach, build sandcastles and frolic in the Gulf waters. Your private large patio, accessible from the light-infused living room and serene Gulf-front master bedroom, is also a great place to extend your group's dining space.
Your patio is fronted by a manicured lawn area and the beautiful outdoor pool that's just steps away.
Take a break from the sun at the amply sized indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Nearby, a barbecue patio featuring multiple stainless steel grills and concrete picnic tables will entice you to dine outdoors. For those who choose to stay in shape during your vacation, a small on-site fitness room is available.

This rental is located on floor 1. New smart TVs in all three bedrooms & den. New mattresses in all three rooms (11/2021)

Dning room has table plus 4 chairs and 4 bar stools.
KItchen is completely stocked with everything you will need. Toaster, can opener, Mr Coffee pot, blender, crockpot, griddle and plenty of pots, pans, pyrex dishes. Dishes, glasses - 12 place settings. New cabinets, counter tops and full size refrigerator (11/2022).
Laundry room has full size washer and dryer plus ironing board and iron.
MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH A HD FLAT SCREEN TV. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS ACCESS TO THE LARGE BALCONY.
SECOND BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED WITH HD FLAT SCRREN TV
THIRD BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED WITH HD FLAT SCRREN TV
Master bath and middle bathroom have double vanities. Master has large walk in shower. 3rd bath has single vanity and full tub/shower. Bath towels in each bathroom supplied.
Patio has great large patio table with 6 chairs. We also have 4 captain chairs to insure your view of the Gulf!.
Parking Notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site, with a limit of 2 vehicles maximum (If more are needed, pls make request). Attendants accept credit card or debit card. Guests MUST Sign-In & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes Kaba lock system, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
