My wife and I had an amazing week at Romar Place 101. The condo is everything a beach goer could want and need. The first 3 words that come to mind are convenience, comfort, and accommodating. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot, pool, and most importantly the beach. Each room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Truly a gem of a condo for anyone looking for a stay at the beach.

This condo is in a great location! Easy access on the ground floor, beautiful views, with easy access to the pool. The owner and property manager were very helpful throughout our stay. The condo and grounds were clean and well maintained. We had all the conveniences of home in the well stocked kitchen with all the plates, utensils, cooking tools, My favorite part of our stay was the location to the hike and bike trails of the Gulf State Park! An easy 1 mile bike ride and we were on miles of beautiful park trails. We will be back!!

First time staying at Romar Place unit 101. What an awesome place. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a big plus. Loved that I had my own bathroom. Easy access to unload luggage. Steps away from pool and beach. Very clean and had every thing we needed. My favorite part was sitting out on the patio in the morning having my coffee. Would definitely come back.

Unit 101 was so conveniently located. You could park close so you can unload, close to the beach, close to the pool, Close to the workout room. I loved being on the first floor. The kitchen had everything you needed. It was spacious and comfortable and very cutely decorated. I would definitely go back to the same unit.

This place is perfect for what my friends and I needed! To have three bathrooms for four women was a blessIng!! The unit was ultra clean, the location great, and we loved the professional & friendly property manager that keeps things tight around the complex.

We just returned from spending a few nights in Romar Place 101. first time visiting Orange Beach and we loved it! The condo was perfect! I took my 91 year old mom and the location worked so well for her. Very easy access to the pool and beach. She could sit out on the patio and enjoy people watching and the ocean. We all had plenty of space to enjoy time together or have a few minutes alone.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and dish needed. Cheryl communicated well while booking and to answer my questions before our arrival. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

See the sun rise as you sip your morning cup of tea or coffee or finally dive into that book you just haven't had time to read. Your patio is also a great place to watch loved ones enjoy the beach, build sandcastles and frolic in the Gulf waters. Your private large patio, accessible from the light-infused living room and serene Gulf-front master bedroom, is also a great place to extend your group's dining space.
Your patio is fronted by a manicured lawn area and the beautiful outdoor pool that's just steps away.
Take a break from the sun at the amply sized indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. This rental is located on floor 1. New smart TVs in all three bedrooms & den. New mattresses in all three rooms (11/2021)

Dning room has table plus 4 chairs and 4 bar stools.
KItchen is completely stocked with everything you will need. Toaster, can opener, Mr Coffee pot, blender, crockpot, griddle and plenty of pots, pans, pyrex dishes. Dishes, glasses - 12 place settings. New cabinets, counter tops and full size refrigerator (11/2022).
Laundry room has full size washer and dryer plus ironing board and iron.
MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH A HD FLAT SCREEN TV. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS ACCESS TO THE LARGE BALCONY.
SECOND BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED WITH HD FLAT SCRREN TV
THIRD BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED WITH HD FLAT SCRREN TV
Master bath and middle bathroom have double vanities. Master has large walk in shower. 3rd bath has single vanity and full tub/shower. Bath towels in each bathroom supplied.
Patio has great large patio table with 6 chairs. We also have 4 captain chairs to insure your view of the Gulf!.
Parking Notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site, with a limit of 2 vehicles maximum (If more are needed, pls make request). Attendants accept credit card or debit card. Guests MUST Sign-In & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes Kaba lock system, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
