1) This is a NONSMOKING unit. Smoking is allowed in the grill area.
2) no pets are permitted.
3) We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4) PAYMENT- Full Payment must bereceived (30) days prior to arrival. Please use the following forms of payment:
bank money orders, Paypal, Venmo, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to K. Trione.
5). There is a $40 charge per parking pass that will be charged. There is a limit of two cars.

My grandfather and currently my parents have rented from Miss. Kathy for the past eight years. She provided first class service to my fiance and I during our Easter week stay at Rhythm on the Tide condo. The location and accommodations were perfect for our friends and our needs. Rhythm of the Tide at Tidewater is in a fantastic location in Orange Beach with many fabulous attractions nearby. There are also many incredible restaurants near our condo where you can have a delicious meal and try some fresh Gulf seafood.
