This studio sits on the first floor of the Lei Lani Condominiums, a riverfront complex with an outdoor swimming pool on its grounds. Beach-goers are in luck here, with the sparkling Gulf and gorgeous white sand just across Perdido Beach Boulevard. You'll also be ideally located for getting out and exploring, with The Flora-Bama, the heart of Orange Beach, Gulf State Park, and The Wharf all within an easy drive.
Step inside to find a cozy and inviting living area that makes the most of its space. There's a well-equipped kitchen with every essential, an adjacent breakfast bar, and a sitting area with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). Glass doors leading out to the balcony and a mirrored living room wall fill the studio will sunlight. At night, there's a Murphy bed concealed in the wall, central air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable, and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels before you need them again tomorrow.
Things to Know
Notice: This property has ongoing construction and repairs to the buildings on the Gulf side, across the street from this unit. The Gulf side of this property is where many amenities such as additional pools and beach access are located. Amenities on the beach side (south side) may be closed periodically by the HOA during certain phases of the Lei Lani Tower construction.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
