This beautiful new 3300 sq. ft.three-story vacation home offers six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 separate living spaces, bedroom and living space balconies on each story and an outside entertainment haven with a heated pool that screams family vacation fun! Other amenities include Smart TVs throughout, Ping Pong table, Foosball table, gas grill, six bikes and a six-seat golf cart for your use. This home
is perfect for large groups or multifamily use and ready to help you create great memories with
family and friends!

Upon entering "Ash in the Sand”, guests will find a large open floor plan with beautiful coastal décor throughout. The custom kitchen offers a gorgeous waterfall breakfast bar with seating for five, tons of cabinets and counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, all necessary cooking appliances and dining room seating for eight guests. Additionally, you will find your first floor living space with an oversized sectional and seating. As you make your way through the great room, you will find the primary master bedroom, with a stunning bathroom offering double sinks and your own private entrance to the outside lounge area and pool. Also, a washer and dryer are found on the first floor.
The main floor is extended to the outside patio and pool area boasting tons of seating, two pool loungers, a 50” smart TV, gas grill, bar table, outdoor shower, and plenty of nighttime lighting to enjoy your evening under the stars. NOTE: Pool Heating during Oct-Mar is $50 per day.

The 2nd floor brings another living space with a very relaxing atmosphere with a seating area for four to enjoy drinks, games or simply conversation before entering one of the 3 bedrooms on the second floor. You will find the 2nd master bedroom with another elegant bathroom, presenting double sinks and your own private balcony overlooking the pool area. Down the hall brings a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, two more bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 full beds and that each have their own private entrances to the front balcony.

The 3rd floor has a cool beachy vibe with great seating, a foosball table, a 65’ smart tv, a stunning wet bar area for entertaining and the entrance to the upper balcony with both highchair seating and sofa seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall brings two more
bedrooms a king and a queen bed and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the garage you will find a bar table, ping pong table, a 6-Seater Golf Cart, 6 new Yolo bikes, 10 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas, a beach wagon for your use and an extra refrigerator to house additional beverages and food. There is an additional fee for the pool to be heated.

Beach access is just down the street at Gulf View Heights Beach Access, one of the most coveted beach access points on 30A, with restrooms and lifeguards (in season from 10 am - 6 pm) and that has both car and golf cart parking! The location gives you access to Point Washington State Forest, 2 miles from the home, that has an abundance of trails, for biking and hiking year-round. For both biking and hiking you’re right around the corner from the Long Leaf Pine Greenway Trail Head whose 8-mile path will lead you into the Eastern Lake Trailhead that has a bathroom and a picnic area. It is made up of three loops: 3.6 miles for the Yellow Trail, 5.9 miles for the Red Trail, and 10.9 miles for the Orange Trail. Each of these overlays the other in distance, with the Orange Trail being the most diverse for an off-road ride or backpacking trip.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests shall be required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest as well as provide a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, for verification of age and identity. This home offers a golf cart, the guest shall sign a Golf Cart addendum and the minimum age to drive is 21 with a valid driver's license. No Exceptions.
