The gourmet kitchen will please the most discerning chefs, with professional grade appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop with griddle, custom cypress ventahood, oversized island with granite counters, outfitted with everything you should need to make a light lunch or a 5-course gourmet meal. The kitchen opens to both the dining room and the expansive living area. Reconnect and relax with your family/friends in the large living area with ample seating, or watch the 75" Tv (one of 8 Tv's). This home offers a golf cart, the guest shall sign a Golf Cart addendum and the minimum age to drive is 21 with a valid driver's license. No Exceptions.
