Loved his property. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It was very close to one of the pools and the pickle ball courts which the kids loved. The house was very clean and the setup for our family was perfect. The golf cart was a huge hit. We parked it at the pool and walked to the beach each day. It was perfect to drive to shopping and out to eat. It was equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The only drawback is that the private beach for this property was a bit of a walk. Otherwise it was perfect !!

This property is one of our favorites. ???? We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and we love it. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Our family enjoyed the pickle ball courts and bikes. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The golfcart is another added bonus. Additionally the house is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

This was our first time with my family staying in the 30A area and SIMASALT didn’t disappoint! It was an amazing house with all amenities and so much more. The golf cart was perfect transportation to and from the beach , restaurants, Seaside and the local store for the unexpected needs. The house was extremely clean with plenty of towels and luxurious body washes , shampoos and conditioners. Eileen , the property manager was extremely easy to get information from during checkin to check out and anytime before and after. The only regret is that I wish we would have stayed longer. The location is perfect to be on thecfringe of the best beaches , etc. Highly recommend; can’t wait to return! JP

We chose Simasalt for our family's yearly vacation with in-laws and had the best time! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious--a perfect size for our group (5 adults, 2 children). Eileen was a lovely host who answered all our questions before we traveled and gave us the run-down of the amenities upon arrival. Everything you could think of was supplied for you: all supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, of course. But there were also plenty of beach toys and chairs, tennis and pickleball gear, and even Priority bikes! The golf cart was a nice touch, and I can't emphasize how much the kids loved taking it for a spin in the (very cute) neighborhood. The owners of the house have clearly put a lot of thought into this property. Finally, the location was excellent. The area is close to plenty of restaurants but not at all loud or too crowded. There is a very nice boardwalk to take to the beach (I advise parking the golf cart at the east parking lot first), and our children loved the dune lakes to play around in on red flag days. We had such a lovely time and would definitely want to stay at Simasalt again in the future!

This was our family’s second stay on 30A and the location was perfect! The home is gorgeous, comfy and smelled so fresh and clean upon arrival. We loved all of the amenities from kitchen and bathroom soaps, beach towels, beach toys, chairs and coolers to the bikes and golf cart. The gated community was perfect to walk and ride bikes. We loved being semi-centered on 30A to drive down to our favorites such as Old Florida Fish House and FOOW but then also not too far from Destin to drive down and eat at The Back Porch. We felt welcomed and very well taken care of and would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed at SIMASALT for the first time this past June. The house was gorgeous and provided everything we needed for our family. Loved the extras like the tennis and pickle ball rackets, and the wagon for taking things to the beach. We enjoyed cooking many home cooked meals and hanging out on the beautiful wrap around porch. It was such a private little community. We will definitely be back. Eileen, the property manager, was also a joy to work with and was really accessible during our stay when we had questions.

This home is gorgeous and everything you could need was thought of!! The layout of the home was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed a girls getaway trip. So many really great restaurants were within walking and biking distance, or a short golf cart ride away. Blue Mabel was a favorite for sure! The beach was private and not too far to walk...in fact, the private boardwalk through the woods was really enchanting. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch with friends and a cup of coffee in the mornings. Would definitely recommend 100%!!

To say we had a good time is an understatment.. we felt well taken care in our impeccably decorated comfy home for the week. Everything we needed was there. Perfect location in Grayton Beach away from the busy louder part of 30A. Everything was just a few minutes either eirther direction. Black bear coffee, Blue Mabel and more. We had bikes to use and a golf cart. The beach was amazing and not crowded. Truly breath-taking. Would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

I want to say thank you so much for such an amazing stay. As we planned our family trip we had a lot to think about bec we traveled with a child with a wheelchair so making sure she was comfortable at all times was our focus. You made sure that every I was dotted and every t was crossed. The house was amazing ! It was clean smelled fresh! The location was perfect ! The Golf carts, the wheelchair for the beach! We had sooooooo much fun! Dominque Wilkins was amazed , the people in the area were all so friendly also. We will be back and again thank you so much this trip was soooooo much fun!

My family and 3 others families stayed here for our annual beach vacation this year. The home was beautiful, in a great location in the front of the neighborhood with easy access to the pool and with deeded access through a well-maintained, shaded boardwalk to the beach. Great care has been taken to fully stock this home from the linens to the kitchen items, there wasn’t a thing we were left wanting. Our favorite part of the day was cocktail hour on the beautiful porch, complete with fans and adorable furniture! There is a golf cart and brand new bikes for fun in the neighborhood, the mattresses were very comfortable and all the finishes in this newly renovated property were beautiful. Would highly recommend!

First off I have stayed in this home under a previous owner- I was blown away by the transformation. Melanie went above and beyond with her sense of style and attention to detail. This house is in the Preserve at Grayton Beach, we try to stay in the Preserve as the beach access is by far the best we have found on 30A. You can walk to either one of 4 public accesses to Blue Mountain beach, or you can access the gated access that is the community access. This community is located near 2 coastal dune lakes- which are great for little kids. The beach access opens up to an area of Grayton Beach state park that has no public access, so you will find a very relaxing vacation. There are 2 pools, one for the kids to jump in after we left the beach and then headed back to the house. The kids loved the tennis courts being only a few houses away as well. The other bonus was having a pool for night time swims, it is next to the tennis courts. We walked to Blue mountain creamery and Redfish taco and enjoyed some outdoor music. We will be back.

This was our first stay in the Preserve, and it did not disappoint. This house has amazing beach access that is gated with a beautiful boardwalk. The kids enjoyed hunting for ghost crabs at night then jumping in the pool. The house had everything we needed and it was BRAND NEW. Melanie did an amazing job and all the little details were appreciated. There are bikes that we used, which was a surprise to us- a great surprise. We will definitely return again, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

6 PERSON GOLF CART INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL
This renovated home with deeded beach access sits alongside 30A in the highly sought after gated community, Preserve at Grayton Beach, with amenities to include two (seasonally heated) pools, work-out equipment, ping-pong, and 2 tennis courts. The community has private deeded beach access via a serene shaded boardwalk, that opens to large white sand beaches and the incredible coastal dune lakes, a hot spot for kids and families of all ages. Few places in the world you can fish in the ocean and in a lake without ever leaving the beach.
This home is, uniquely located equal distance to 2 different top rated beaches, using either the deeded beach access point OR the public Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood access. During peak times of year, you will find far less people at the deeded beach access point. Parking on either side of the community is available, but for those that prefer to walk, beach options are approximately a 10–13-minute walk from the home. The larger of the 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and amenities are conveniently located JUST 2 doors down, which is a huge plus for families.
The area is surrounded with incredible trails to bike or hike, and the house comes equipped with complimentary use of 3 Adult and 2 kid’s bikes (with additional waiver), as well 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and 1 Tommy Bahama Umbrella. House is stocked with beach towels, and relaxation is ready to be had from the moment you step foot in the door.
Fun and Food are a short walk/bike ride away:
- Blue Mountain shops and restaurants, 10-minute walk/3 min bike ride
- Grayton Beach area dining and activities, 10-12 min bike ride.
- Seaside, Gulf Place, and Watercolor, 5 min drive
- Dining options nearby such as, Red Bar, Black Bear, Blue Mabel, Cowgirl Kitchen, Borago and the well-known Blue Mountain Creamery. Live Band weekend nights, at Redfish taco is walking distance and Chiringos at Grayton Beach are excellent options as well.
Simasalt, is a two-story single-family home with large, ultra-relaxing wrap around front porch and updated interior. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, large island, and is well-equipped for cooking or baking! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The home includes two master suites: one large bedroom downstairs with Sterns & Foster King and twin daybed, as well as an upstairs Sealey King bed with attached private patio w/ swing. The second upstairs bedroom holds two matching Queen beds, and the second downstairs bedroom is a bunk room with three singles/twins. 4 TV’s in home - all rooms, except bunk room have smart TV’s, with YouTube TV/streaming. Washer/dryer, tankless hot water heaters, and DSL High Speed internet as well.
The home includes parking for two vehicles in private paver driveway, as well as street parking in front of the house that can accommodate up to two additional vehicles when available.
