The kitchen has all updated stainless-steel appliances and all the essential you will need. The living room boasts a very colorful feel with abundant seating for entertaining. There is a relaxing screened-in patio off the living room with more seating extending the living area. The second floor has the oversized master suite offering a king bed, 2 chairs, large walk-in closet, an en suite bath with separate tub and shower, plus a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom on same floor offers plenty of sleeping arrangements, with a queen, twin bunks and a trundle hide away, and a full-size private bath. The laundry is in the hall closet on the 2nd floor between both bedrooms with a full size all in one, stackable. The third-floor loft features another queen and twin bed, a great place for the kids to hang out!

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
