Perfectly located south of 30A his home features incredible decks on every level front and back to take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and mesmerizing sunsets. The first level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath that opens to outdoor shower and the large inground private pool. The second level features the main living area with open floor plan including the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a full bath and laundry. Third level has 2 king masters with full baths. Both have access to front and back balconies.



The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a large rear deck that overlooks the pool and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Seaclusion faces the beach and is just a short stroll to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access.
