Located in Blue Mountain Beach, this gorgeously furnished but oh-so-comfy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath two-story house is located on the most peaceful circle that is the closest walk to the beach in Highland Parks nestled on Scenic Hwy 30A.

Beach gear this house includes, all you'll need are your swimsuits and sunscreen! We also include bikes (4), helmets & locks so that you can explore this area's spectacular trails, towns, and Coastal Dune Lakes all up and down 30A.

The neighborhood is surrounded by state forest with miles of hiking trails on one side, and just a half-mile on the other side from the gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach public beach access and Blue Mountain Creamery--some of the best ice cream you've ever had, and fresh-made donuts in the morning! Just up the road in either direction are three more public beach accesses, with two nationally acclaimed state park beaches just up 30A that will take your breath away.

Highland Parks is a planned pedestrian community, which means it features nature walks and brick paver streets throughout, including leading to the Highland Parks Pool House that is unmatched in all of Blue Mountain Beach! The Pool House boasts a pool with resort-style water features, a hot tub, a fire pit, a large covered lounge area complete with a flat-screen TV, and a grill area, along with the Lookout Tower. The Lookout Tower goes steps beyond the tree line, offering an unbelievable panoramic view of the Emerald Coast. This fantastic community is just minutes from some of the best beaches in Florida, surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops while being just minutes down the road from amazing shopping centers, an outlet mall, and grocery stores.

Beachy Dreams is just minutes from some of the best restaurants on Scenic Hwy 30A, but when you and your guests want to stay in, you’ll have a gourmet kitchen in which to prepare meals. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 5-burner gas stove, a separate oven, and a large refrigerator. It is fully equipped with all of the pots, pans, and dishes you could possibly need to truly enjoy cooking and sharing a meal with family and friends.

The downstairs floor enjoys a large, open floor plan with ample seating inside, as well as front and back porches with seating. The living room has a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, and Hulu, just log in and cath up on your shows!

The first bedroom has a King size bed with a dresser and storage. The neighboring bedroom has 2 double beds with a dresser. All Bedrooms do include smart TV's and ceiling fans with nice views of all corners of the home from the top.

The large Master Bedroom accesses a private balcony with rocking chairs and a Bed Swing where you can listen to the ocean and forest while enjoying a spectacular and endless sky. The upstairs also contains a Master bath with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and his and her sinks, a full bathroom with tub, a linen closet with bedding and towels for the house and beach, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board so you never have to worry about running out of clothes!

We do have the option to RENT a Golf cart, we DO NOT provide but have a partnership to make it easy for you and I will arrange the setup for you! I will provide the agreement and payment options to the company for you.

We also spoil our guests by using an exceptional cleaning service that doesn't make you do all of the work prior to leaving. We believe you should NOT have to spend your last day of vacation cleaning, vacuuming, and doing laundry! Our cleaning service handles all of the bed stripping, washing and making of beds, and other cleanings so that you barely have to do anything before checking out. We want you to leave more relaxed than you arrived!

We also try to be accommodating as possible with all early check-in and check-out requests made in advance.
