Seaview Escape is in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

Inlet Beach Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. A half-mile walk to the east is Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Just offshore is one of South Walton's artificial reefs, a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA with abundant fish, dolphins and sea turtles.
