Get ready to find your paradise at Paradiso del Mare! This 3-level home creates a resort-like atmosphere for guests to soak in the sun and features a private pool and hot tub, pool house, multiple balconies, multiple living spaces and an elevator. Accommodating 19, this grand beach house is perfect for large groups or multiple families that need their own space and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.



On the ground-level, guests enter a secondary living room and are immediately met with lovely coffered ceilings and chic beachy feel. Plush couches - seating eight - adorn the area along with a flat-screen TV and french doors that beckon you to a sparkling pool. A bunk room resides on this level that houses a queen-size bed, two twin-over-twin bunks, access to the pool and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. A second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as a view of the pool.



On the second level you will find the gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and al fresco dining area, as well as two additional bedrooms. This wonderful space is open-concept with windows covering the western wall, letting in all the light during the day and beautiful evening sunsets. The kitchen has a feeling of warmth with darker cabinets, granite counters and there are stainless steel appliances, a top-of-the-line Wolf gas stove, beverage cooler and bar seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area has a large table with enough seating for eight. Guests can choose to dine al fresco with a pool view just outside the kitchen if they choose. Across the room, the beautiful white living area includes a large sectional couch, large TV and additional seating for up to ten guests. Guests will enjoy three access points to the very large balcony and down to the pool. The first bedroom on this level includes a queen size bed, private bathroom with tub/shower combo and balcony access. The second bedroom is a king master with a private bathroom including a walk-in shower and balcony access as well. 



The 3rd floor features a spacious king master bedroom with an additional seating area and kitchenette complete with bar, sink and beverage cooler. There is an attached en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower and separate tub. Included in this master is a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. A bathroom with dual vanities and walk in shower is adjacent to this room for easy access. Guests will enjoy the large swing on the balcony for lounging and catching the gulf breeze. 



Outside you will find an entertainers paradise!  Plenty of loungers surround the private pool and bifold doors allow the pool house to become part of the great outdoor space. Included is a full size gas stove, sink, mini-fridge and ice maker. Here, there is bar seating for three and al-fresco dining for four is adjacent. A common bathroom with shower is also available for the swimmers in the pool house, eliminating the need for wet feet in the main house. Also located in the pool house is the final bedroom with attached private en-suite. 



Located at the east end of 30A, this home has plenty of activities nearby. Lake Powell - the largest of the rare dune lakes - is down the street and can be accessed from Camp Helen State Park. Guests can also visit award-winning restaurants like Cuvee 30A, browse the local art at the Blue Giraffe or shop for fresh gulf fish at the Destin Ice Market.
