A convenient tram service whisks guests to and from the beach access point, while the community pool, the second-largest in all of Florida, is an oasis for relaxation and fun in the sun.
Inside, the home's first floor features a cozy living area and a large kitchen and dining space. Nearby, a bunk room with a twin over full bed and desk is an ideal office space for those who need to stay connected. Additionally, a guest room, queen, is also on the first floor.
The second floor hosts the primary bedroom, king, a luxurious haven with walk-in closet and private bathroom. Another living space is bathed in natural light, with an open kitchen-dining area, and an inviting balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
