This beautifully appointed Beach Adjacent home is only 25 houses from the beach which can be crossed in 60 seconds via our golf cart. This vacation oasis boasts an incredible layout with 5 spacious bedrooms and large living areas, both indoor and outdoor, a heated pool, a 6 seat golf cart and more!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

The pool may be heated for an additional fee. No guest access to the garage. 5 parking spaces available. No street parking.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
