We stayed at one of Brett's houses over spring break 2021. Can't say enough good things about the rentals.. and the area!! It was one of our best all-time vacations and we can't wait to come back. Completely recommend this fantastic get-away, and Brett works hard to make sure everything is 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

We just spent a week at one of Brett’s homes on Spinnaker Lane (The Grove at Inlet Beach). We have rented vacation homes in many places, and this was by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. The decor is bright and beautiful and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for cooking a full meal for a large group. We would not hesitate to stay here again. It was an ideal home in an ideal location.

Currently I’m sitting in the passenger seat writing this review while the wife takes the first shift driving home. She’s the morning person. This was our family’s first time to visit Inlet Beach. I located this property on ECBYO, reaches out to the owner and ultimately decided to stay at this property (8 nights). On our drive into Inlet Beach I texted Brett, the owner, to let him know we were close. Brett greeted us at the house around 7pm, showed us around the place and helped us get situated. The house and community looked just like the pictures. The house was beautiful, well appointed with top end appliances (Thermador, Samsung), tons of dinnerware and utensils, big screen TV’s in each room, WiFi and all the accoutrements of home. The interior is transitional decor with clean white colors, 10’ tall ceilings and very nice furniture. Our unit had 3 air conditioners controlled by Nest thermostats on each of the floors. The wife and two 16-year old girls were ecstatic! Although we occasionally ate out I had brought a cooler full of steaks to grill. The grill is a SS built-in natural gas unit (700 degrees) located on the 3rd floor balcony. There is ample countertop space at the grill, along with a wine cooler and a small fridge. There is a nice table and chairs on the balcony. A spiral staircase leads to an observation deck. There are two grocery stores less than five minutes away. Each house has its own bike racks and shower area. There are 7 homes currently in the community. A nice fence is currently being built to promote that’s small community feel. Although the pool was not completely finished I can tell it will be exceptional once it is done. The beach was a very short walk (we carried our beach chairs) and there are great shopping areas and eateries via short bike rides. Our two teenage girls loved that. 8 nights later and I can say we’ve had a fantastic stay and will highly recommend to our family & friends!

Don’t know where to start about this property. The area is so convenient to the beach as well as to Rosemary and some really fun shops. Publix grocery store is a short five minute drive down the road. The beaches which are a short four minute walk from the property are less crowded than Rosemary. I highly suggest you rent bikes for the week in Rosemary because the area is so bike walking friendly. The property is awesome. Brett and his wife spared no expense in the appliances and furniture choices. This place will not disappoint and is so spacious and comfortable. The third floor deck and grill area was the hang out most nights. We loved walking next-door and having dinner at shades. Across the highway was amici which was some of the best Italian food I’ve had in years. Inlet Beach is literally several blocks from Rosemary so you get the best of both worlds. The beaches are not crowded and as beautiful as the pictures. Flying into Panama City is literally a 15 minute ride to the place. Brett is always buzzing around the properties and is a wealth of information if you have any questions. He is so happy to help you and always gets back to you with answers or suggestions in a super fast manner. We had four families in the bedrooms and the queen bunk room was perfect for the younger adults and teenagers ....we all felt like we had our own private space. Loved having a washer dryer Dyson vacuum and outdoor showers. Rent bikes for the week you won’t regret that and can lock them up on the bike rack next to the house. Love love love this area. Will be back for sure as everyone in our group really loved this place in 30 A. Brett you do an amazing job and I wish you all the success in this real estate adventure. We took our children and grandchildren to this wonderful, brand new development just steps from the beach. The “multi-generational” home was perfect for our children, grandchildren and us. Nothing was overlooked in furnishing the lovely home with a well equipped kitchen and upscale appliances. 4 en-suite bedrooms with king beds were perfect for our family. The grandchildren loved the bunk room. It’s furnished with 4 queen sized beds, so would be plenty comfortable for more than my 4 little grands. We rented a golf cart which was delivered and ready for us when we arrived. Great for exploring the neighborhood, Rosemary Beach within steps, and transporting crowds and gear to the beach. Brett was a perfect host who met us when we arrived and showed us all the perks of the house and made restaurant and activity recommendations. But a well-planned info book was there just in case he’s not there on arrival. Can’t say enough about this fabulous property. Pool is under construction, but that wasn’t an issue because the Gulf was lovely and beach was where the kids wanted to be. We will definitely return!
