I needed a last second place for Thanksgiving week and I sure lucked into this great place! My family of 6 was more than comfortable in this home. It was spotless, fully furnished with more than we needed, and in a great location with multiple beach accesses and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was immediately responsive to any questions I had and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. I’d not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at Beach Blessing over this past Labor Day Weekend. We absolutely loved it! It is very easy to get to because it sits right on 30A. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. We found the king size bed in the upstairs bedroom comfortable. You can even see the ocean from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking which we did a little. The layout and seating on the main floor was perfect for relaxing. The close walk to the beach is a huge plus of this place. It is very short, just a few minutes. The complex even has its own crosswalk coming for the beach, which drivers do respect. There are several restaurants within walking distance including the excellent Skunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Our favorite restaurant that we found was the Blue Mabel Smokehouse which is only about 2 miles by bike on the path. We found the whole area, including the beach, to be far less crowded and pleasant compared to the Seaside area of 30A. Several bikes and beach chairs were also available to us along with towels. The owner of the home was easy to reach and accessible for any questions that we had. It was really a nice trip and we will definitely be back!

Amazing location; lovely townhome in a small, quiet community. The internet was stable. The house is steps to the beach. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the bedroom balcony. The kitchen was equipped with all things one may need and even an air fryer. The appliances are all newer and work great. Steps to shops and restaurants of Gulf Place. Lovely community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. I would recommend it to other travelers and would definitely go back.

My family stayed in condo #11 and we absolutely loved everything about it. We are so excited to come back to this area. Such a wonderful location, affordable, great eateries, and a short walk to the most beautiful beaches! Wish I could buy one of these condos. If I win the lotto or come into money... it will be a must!

My family and I loved this upgraded townhome. It was a beautiful experience. My children slept comfortably in their room and we slept well in the master bedroom. The hot tub is amazing and the grill was great cooking our steaks and chicken. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Can’t beat walking distances from the beach, restaurants and stores. You will not be disappointed. My family didn’t want to leave.

We loved the spacious, open-concept design of the main floor, and the layout of the master suite with its own balcony was really nice, too. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The location was convenient to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. Eric provided us with all some nice recommendations and has the check-in and check-out processes down to a science. We will definitely check its availability the next time we decide to head down to Santa Rosa Beach!

LIVING SPACE

Beautiful bright sunshine pours in from a wall of windows leading to the shared front porch and alternative entrance.
Step out and enjoy the Florida sunshine as you sit around your dining table for four, savoring a cup of coffee and planning your day.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The family chef can prepare to be wowed! This up-to-the-minute luxury kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, a center island, a peninsula bar, and even a wine rack. We even have a griddle and air fryer. No doubt this space will serve as inspiration for the most delicious of culinary creations!
Those creations can be enjoyed as a family at the simply elegant dining table for four immediately adjacent to the kitchen. You’ll find additional seating for 4 at the peninsula bar, because, after all, no one will want to miss these meals!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Though sleeping is never high on the list of priorities while on vacation, you may change your mind when you see these oh-so-sumptuous bedrooms.
The oversized main primary suite features a king-size bed, seating area, and bench. There’s plenty of room for your clothes in the double dresser and 2 closets, and the oversized ceiling fan keeps you cool and de-humidifier at night.
Are you a before-bed reader? No problem! You’ll love the bedside tables and lamps. Rather tune in to Letterman or SNL? Gotcha covered with the wall-mounted HDTV enabled with a Firestick.
You’ve even got private access to a dedicated deck, complete with Adirondack chairs for two, a table, and a comfy Loveseat. A glass of wine while stargazing, perhaps? Watch the most amazing sunsets from your own balcony
The ensuite is a little slice of heaven with a cozy soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks.
The second bedroom suite is perfect for kids or couples, with two double beds, and a cozy seating area. The ensuite bath offers a tub/shower. We even have a Sony Playstation and HDTV for the secondary bedroom.
