Relax with family & friends in our sunny paradise on the beach side of 30A! Our charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is in the small quiet neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages. Relax on the spacious back deck where you have a ocean view. Each bedroom has its own private deck.
We are a short 4 minute walk to the Gulfview Heights beach access and 50 feet to our seasonally heated community pool. Its an easy walk to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping at Gulf Place.

Three bedroom/3 bath home in a small neighborhood with a seasonally heated community pool. Each bedroom and living area have its own private deck.
