We had a great stay at this place. Very well equipped and clean. Shower was great! Great location. We enjoyed the pool every day. I rode a bike every day - sometimes to the beach. Got to explore Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Nice location to explore all these areas. Had lots of good dinners! Just a great time. John was very easy to rent from and communicated very quickly with any questions. Thanks for a great rental!

Stayed for Jan and Feb. the condo is beautiful and has everything you need. The host John was excellent. We brought our Frenchie who loved it also. I also was able to work remotely from there during the winter. Some things to note, the beach access is very limited, the pools are not heated in the winter, and unfortunately for us the bridge on 30A was under construction which really made things difficult getting around (no fault of the owners of course). But very impressed by the condo and the hosts and the little touches which made the stay special. Thanks John!

We had an amazing week!! This condo is fabulous! John provides more than most…laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, coffee, makeup remover cloths, and I found a magnifying mirror under the sink!! Yes, I’m showing my age! ?? The only thing extra we had to buy was toilet paper and a roll of paper towels! We brought our 2 small dogs with us and was happy to find dog bowls and a gate at the top of the stairs. The pool was a little cool to our liking for October. It was maybe 80°. You also have to drive to the beach if that is a concern. The State Park is about a mile down the road and it’s beautiful and secluded, but it’s a hike to get to it if you’re hauling a lot of stuff. The location is ideal for us since it’s between Rosemary and Seaside. Two of our favorite places! Charlie’s Cafe in Barrett Square is a must for donuts and FOOW for lunch/dinner with spectacular views!! We will definitely be returning!!

John, your home was just perfect. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed!! Home was very clean and had all the amenities to make our visit worthwhile. The big chill is walking distance across the street and the community pool is 25 yards away. Beach chairs and umbrella worked perfectly. John is also a very accommodating host! Extremely organized, great reminders, and easy to talk to. Will definitely rent from him again!

This place has it all! All you need is your swimsuit, everything is provided that you would possibly need. John is easy to rent from and keeps the place in top notch condition. We had the best time! This is our family's second time here and would highly recommend it! The beach umbrellas, toys, etc are a bonus! The kitchen is set up perfectly and the decor is fantastic! My family loved the bike riding and sunsets! Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing!

We were fortunate to spend a month in this ideal location while we explored east and west along the Panhandle. Communications before we arrived were very good & the condo was easy to find. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated with nice, comfortable furniture, beds, linens, towels. It was right near the large, beautiful pool, gas grills & exercise room. We highly recommend this property. This was a great place to stay & we'd like to come back.

My girlfriends and I stayed at John’s lovely condo in Oct. of 2022 and we absolutely loved it. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, amenities wise. We also loved the location of this condo. We spent most of our time in either Aly’s Beach and Seaside. Both were easy drives from John’s condo. Lastly, John was extremely easy to communicate with and his responses were quick and always helpful.

From the moment we got here, this place has everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and great location. We brought our mini golden doodle along and there are plenty of places to take dogs around. John, the owner, is very friendly and easy to get in touch should you need him. He constantly checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is very close to the unit (1 minute walk) and it’s fantastic.

We had an excellent stay at John’s townhouse. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for cooking, biking, beach etc. the home is very clean and convenient to all 30a has to offer. The pool is resort style and a short walk away. The beach is a short bike Ride /drive/shuttle away and well worth it. John is an excellent host-very easy to work with.

Love staying at Serendipity, great location to bicycle trails, shops and beach access. Relaxing and luxury rental exceptionally clean and beautiful. Nice evenings on the balcony in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous! I love the biking trails that allow us to avoid any traffic and easy access to shops and beaches including the Big Chill just across the street from the complex. Love love love this place.

Owner was exceptionally helpful and communication was above par! Home had everything we needed and more! Very clean and beds were super comfy! We loved the 2 king beds for our needs! Also would like to recommend the Old Florida Fish House for dinner outside. Awesome atmosphere and food!

Serendipity was perfect for our family of 3 plus one dog! Everything was immaculate! The pool was great! We love all of 30a so we explored from Alys to Grayton but there are multiple restaurants and beach access close by. John was super helpful and always quick to respond! We went bike riding on several mornings and enjoyed going to the beach. It was nice having the extras available at the apartment For outdoor activities. John, the owner was very quick to respond to my questions. We would recommend this vacation home as a great place to stay..

Upscale luxury townhome with all the amenities for your comfort and relaxation.
The Big Chill (Formerly the Hub) is located directly across the street from our home in Prominence South and is an entertainment and gathering place for families and friends with restaurants, shopping and events. The restaurants and bars are situated around a lawn and patio area with seating, a large event stage with a 25 ft LED Jumbotron Screen for sports and movies.
Serendipity is a very short walk to the resort pool, fitness center and grills.
Serendipity provides 2 adult bicycles, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided.
Prominence Beach Access to the west include Deer Lake State Park, Walton Dunes and Santa Clara, to the east Gulf Lakes and Sea Breeze. A map revealing beach access is provided in welcome book.
Walk or bike on the 17 mile bike path along 30A.
Prominence is perfectly located, right in the middle of Sea grove and Seaside Beach to the West and Alys and Rosemary to the East.
