My wife and I have traveled a lot throughout our lives, and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing vacations that we have ever taken. Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. Steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful home to stay in….what more could we ask for. The people at 30A Escapes were so helpful from the moment we booked this vacation several months ago and continued to be through the time that we left. Definitely going to be back!

"OurOASIS" is positioned in the quaint community of Prominence South, nestled between Seacrest and Seagrove Beaches, along the acclaimed Highway 30A. Guests will appreciate the easy access to the town center, where they can experience all 'The Big Chill' has to offer. The kids will eat up the live entertainment at the amphitheater & outdoor Jumbotron in the event pavilion, the ladies will take pleasure in an afternoon of shopping at Mermaids or nail day at Polished, all the while, you can find the fellas drinking a cold one at MM15 or Dion’s. Meet back up at Buddy’s Seafood Market where you can pick up a fresh seafood dinner to cook together.
Step into this newly construction vacation rental to find a bright and inviting coastal home away from home! The first floor is the main living space complete with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The spacious kitchen has ample counter space, bar seating for eight and stainless steel appliances. The living room is cozy but also has room for everyone to gather around the TV. The dining table can seat eight guests comfortably and is open to the living space so everyone can enjoy their time together. The back patio has seating for two and a propane grill. Additionally there is a half bath on the first floor.
Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will find 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a king size bed, private balcony and spacious en suite. The primary en suite has a dual vanity, bath tub and tiled shower with dual shower heads. The second master bedroom has a king size bed, private balcony and en suite. This en suite has a single sink and tiled shower with dual shower heads. The kids bunk room is on the second floor and sleeps 6 guests in two custom built twin over full bunks. The fourth guest bedroom hosts a queen size bed and the fifth has a king size bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hall way with dual sinks and a shower. Additionally the laundry is located on the second floor.
This property has two beach accesses, the closest is at Deer Lake State Park, just a quick 5 minute drive from the home to the West. The other access is a 5 minute drive to the West at Gulf Lakes Beach Access, there is no parking at this access, bikes is best.

Prominence Community Overview:
The Prominence Community is located both on the South side of 30A and the North Side of 30A. The South side community has a resort style pool with covered cabanas, a fire pit, and restrooms. The North Side Community has a zero entry resort style pool with grilling stations, a fitness center and restrooms. Guests can access the beach at any public beach access or Deer Lake State Park, which is located 5 minutes West of the Prominence Community.
Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
