We spent a long weekend in this house- spotless and elegantly decorated. I love that all bedrooms have SUPER COMFORTABLE KING BEDS and their own private bath. Prominence is perfect for our family- my husband enjoyed the beer and burger bar while our kids felt safe and independent on their bikes to and from the Hub. Great location, beautiful home and very comfortable vacation style community. We will be back!

"Gloria" is positioned in the quaint community of Prominence South, nestled between Seacrest and Seagrove Beaches, along the acclaimed Highway 30A. Guests will appreciate the easy access to the town center, where they can experience all 'The Big Chill' has to offer. The kids will eat up the live entertainment at the amphitheater & outdoor Jumbotron in the event pavilion, the ladies will take pleasure in an afternoon of shopping at Mermaids or nail day at Polished, all the while, you can find the fellas drinking a cold one at MM15 or Dion’s. Meet back up at Buddy’s Seafood Market where you can pick up a fresh seafood dinner to cook together.
This six-bedroom, six-bathroom luxury vacation rental near Seacrest Beach will help you achieve the ideal family vacation. You all will take delight in the tasteful décor and high-end finishes throughout the property. The open concept main living area is found on the second floor, which features a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cozy up on the plush sofa with your family and watch a movie on the flat screen in the living room. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and cook your family a gourmet meal to savor at the dining table with seating for six, additional seating for six can be found at the kitchen island. Drink-in your favorite sunset colors from the over-size balcony garnished with a dining table with seating for six.
The first floor master suite has a king size bed and private en suite with a walk in, glass enclosed shower. This master suite also has access to the first floor, screened in porch on the back side of the house with ample seating for the whole family!
Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor living space, you will find one of two master suites on this level, the first has a king size bed and en suite with a walk in glass enclosed shower. The second guest room on this level has a king size bed and private en suite with a shower/tub combo and private balcony. Don't forget to enjoy a family meal on the 2nd floor balcony while watching the sunset, offering a dining tablet for six.
Escape to the third floor and relax in the massive primary bathroom - fit with a soaking tub, double door glass enclosed shower, separate his and her vanities and a TV! This en suite is attached to a master bedroom with a king size bed. Another master suite is located on this floor with a king size bed and private en suite with a single sink and tub/shower combo. Additionally there is a fun kid bunk room on this level with 5 beds in total, one set is double stacked twins and the other side is triple stacked full size beds with ladders to get to each. The bunk room has its own en suite with a single vanity and glass enclosed shower. Laundry room is located on the third floor.
This property has two beach accesses, the closest is at Deer Lake State Park, just a quick 5 minute drive from the home to the West. The other access is a 5 minute drive to the West at Gulf Lakes Beach Access, there is no parking at this access, bikes or golf cart is best.

Prominence Community Overview:
The Prominence Community is located both on the South side of 30A and the North Side of 30A. The South side community has a resort style pool with covered cabanas, a fire pit, and restrooms. The North Side Community has a zero entry resort style pool with grilling stations, a fitness center and restrooms. Guests can access the beach at any public beach access or Deer Lake State Park, which is located 5 minutes West of the Prominence Community.

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Guests have access to one garage, where golf cart is located.
6) This home is not equipped with cable television but comes supplied with WIFI smart TVs.
7) Pet Friendly with non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax.
8) There is an active ring doorbell at the entrance of the home. There is also an active camera overlooking the driveway of the home.
