AMAZING GRACE COTTAGE, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is the third time our family has stayed in this house. It is located close to everything without being right in the mix. With parking behind the private gate within the property it feels like your own little compound. The pool is one of the best and i think the largest for a single-family house in Rosemary. We had six adults and three kids, and everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor space with TV, outdoor kitchen and furniture is all covered, which is my favorite in case it rains not having to retreat to the indoors. Would highly recommend this property, and we've stayed in several at Rosemary.

We stayed here in July 2023 with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The outdoor space and pool was amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach, the sky pool and town! We had to ask Lisa questions a few times and she was very responsive. great stay and we would come back!

We had a wonderful trip. The house has been updated since last year. It looks beautiful! Great location! We walked to the beach everyday and would swim in the pool after dinner. Love it!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at the house. We loved the outdoor space and the kids enjoyed the heated pool every day. The location is perfect. It’s a quick walk or bike ride to the main square as well as to the beach. The kids bunk room was a favorite. I’ve never seen anything like it. This house is definitely a great find for a family with kids of all ages and would love to rent it again when we return to Rosemary Beach. A couple things nothing major, that I would recommend to the owners… there are no beach towels at the home. We tried to have some shipped from Amazon and they do not have a postal delivery service in Rosemary Beach. You have to have a PO Box so do not have anything shipped to the home as it will not arrive. One more thing to note, the checkout time is 10 AM sharp. We pulled out around 10:10 AM and were charged an additional $75 for a late check out. Overall it is an incredible home when we go back to Rosemary Beach we will likely stay here again!

Our family of 6 stayed with our good friends (family of 5) over the New Year's week. Excellent location. The best part of the house is the outdoor living area by the pool. We grilled here on New Year's Eve, watched a lot of college football and basketball, and played card games with our kids, while others swam in the heated pool. Easy quick walk to the beach through charming Rosemary Beach. Lisa was very responsive to my texts about how to heat the pool, how to light the grill, etc. We had a minor misunderstanding after check-out. Lisa thought we had brought a pet because the cleaner showed her a picture of a vacuum full of hair. We did not bring a pet. The hair was actually noticed by us on the family room carpet rug on our first night, but we're pretty laid back people and didn't think to let Lisa know of this. So my only suggestion to future renters of their fine property is to advise them promptly of issues you see upon check-in in order to avoid misunderstandings and any need to explain the situation later.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. Lisa was delightfull to work with and so helpful. She has everything organized beautifully so checking in is a breeze. The house is amazing, very nicely appointed and the outside area and pool were beyond our expectations. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, private gated parking and in a great location. Just a funny side note, it's listed as having 3 1/2 baths. We could never find that 1/2 bath. : ) Perhaps it is the outside shower. It is a beautiful property and all six of us thought it was just perfect! Thank you Lisa, for sharing your beautiful and well kept home.!!!

Our experience could not have been any better from the moment we made our reservation. Lisa was prompt in communicating with us and always available if needed. This experience exceeded our expectations and we can not wait to book the same property next year. If you’re looking for an amazing property that’s convenient to everything in Rosemary, you don’t need to look any further!

Overall loved the house! Our host was very responsive and our overall stay was just perfect. The only negative feedback is that the beds were VERY HARD. So much so that we were never able to get a good nights rest. There could be more comfortable outside seating for a house that holds so many. We loved the outdoor space but not everyone could relax and enjoy it at the same time. The gate struggled to actually work most of the time using the code as well. Be careful if your on a bike and not also in front of the sensor it will close on you! If it had been a child in the way this could have ended very badly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for a family with older kids that could ride bikes to the beach.

This home was beautiful! The furnishings, outdoor space, pool, and location were just perfect. We will definitely one back and rent this exact home. Thank you, Lisa, for being so easy to work with. We didn’t want to leave!

Really enjoyed the location and layout; outdoor spaces were especially nice with pool and covered patio. Liked having drive-through gate so could park cars off of street. Unfortunately, house was not in great shape; rotted wood on outside, outdated decor in some areas, travertine tiles on stairs cracked and damaged, paint touch-up needed in places. Also was not cleaned to our standards before check-in. Owners were very nice and responsive when had a couple of issues. Once again, loved the location and property, just not excited about the condition and level of cleanliness.

We did not have any issue renting or checking in - everything was as described. Owner had given perfect instructions . The home was well stocked with cooking supplies- cookware- natural gas grill! The owner, Lisa, was very easy to work with when we had an issue with one of the two key cards to the beach- she was right on this - we had new pass from the rosemary beach offices delivered within the day. Swimming pool was the reason we chose this particular home- it was lovely for toddler and young preschoolers AND adults! The outdoor porch was great to place all of our outdoor items. Having a fenced in yard eliminated worry if the tots walking off- ample parking for all of us on the property. Just a great experience - the only thing that we experienced was two days unable to swim in the pool because of miscommunication with the two pool maintenance crews - who were changing out from one service company to another- causing a chemical imbalance- this was completely understandable and no fault of the owner who was changing maintenance companies during our week - so really This would never be an issue and the owner was involved immediately- besides there were other pools in The community available on the same street . We loved this property very much and definitely want to return . It's close to many things! We rented bikes too and they were delivered to this home!

The house is very nice. Spacious and comfortable. The patio and pool are exceptional and unique in Rosemary. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family getaway! We loved the cottage and Rosemary Beach. Nice, responsive host too… we hope to come back!

Great house, fantastic pool, and 5 min walk from the beach! We had a great time and have already booked It again for next year. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house had everything we were looking for. Kitchen was well equipped. We didn’t use the family room. No need since we had the pool and outdoor living space. This was where we stayed after the day at the beach . Location was the best for getting to the beach or shopping When renting chairs we used the “C” walk down Go straight out the back gate and cross over 30a 5 min walk. We enjoyed the Sunday morning vendors that set up close to the house. Fruit, vegetables, pies crab cakes There is a man who sales crab cakes there. A business card of his is at the house. The owner was very nice to text with me. I give this house , pool, outdoor living and and LOCATION 5 stars We were there May 14-21 2022

My husband and I along with our adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was wonderful. Just a short beautiful walk or bike ride to the beach, town and nearby restaurants. We loved having the private gated drive to the house, the outdoor fireplace and pool.

What an incredibly lovely home to escape to from the craziness of Mardi Gras. The outdoor area was fantastic for swimming, grilling, and just hanging with the family. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and lookout tower, and the proximity to the sky pool and other amenities was perfect. We will definitely come back to this beautiful home again!

This rental was great! Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we expected-55-60 we still really enjoyed everything. Lisa and her husband were very helpful throughout the whole process. We paid extra to heat the pool and that was amazing-perfect size pool. Very neat and well kept up community so close to shops and food. I loved we could also use the indoor pool as an option. The beach was beautiful! Def would stay here again!

This our third time staying at the Amazing Grace property. We really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again.
