This property hosts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms to sleep 12 guests comfortably. On the first floor, you’ll enjoy high ceilings, wood floors, and a comfy seating area set off the light-filled dining and living area. Guests enjoy an elegant veranda, screened-in porch, spacious patio with adirondack chairs and a swing offer various options for outdoor relaxation and romantic, star-lit dinners. Also on the first floor, one of two master suites opens through French doors onto the patio. A see-through fireplace joins the bedroom and sitting area with the master bathroom! Upstairs, the second master suite features a king bed, reading area, private bath, and two private balconies. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth, two twin beds and a window seat; both have private baths. The kids can retire to the third level loft via ladder which offers sleeping accommodations for four with a full bed and two twins. 3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
