Mills Cottage was very convenient to all amenities, the home was spotless, fully furnished with all of our needs, beautifully decorated and the service by the property management company was very responsive. We look forward to going back again next year for 2 weeks! 30A Escapes service was extremely responsive and friendly with great follow up.

We have been visiting Rosemary Beach for the past five years, and each time we rent a different house. However, all of us agreed that we will definitely be coming back to Mills Cottage next year. We loved the layout of the home and felt comfortable from day one. The house is decorated beautifully and everything was clean, labeled and easy to use. We could easily watch all of our favorite shows on YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. We spent many evenings playing games at the dining room table and then heading out to build fires on the patio. This became a nightly ritual after our days at the beach.. The bathrooms also have a nice set up and convenient cabinets made storing our toiletries and getting ready after a day at the beach very easy. We did have to return our K cup pods to Publix because there was no Keurig but we got regular coffee grounds for the traditional coffee maker which was fine. The bed linens were also perfect...lightweight and super soft.

Downstairs, this newly updated home is professionally decorated with a crisp blue and white palette and clean lines. The spacious great room features a high ceiling with exposed beams, a handmade clay brick fireplace, and ample designer seating. The fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances flows to the dining area that seats eight. The full entertainment system, organized via Harmony all-in-one remote, includes a Samsung QLED Smart 4K TV, an integrated SONOS music system, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and Netflix, Disney+ and Pandora streaming services. A utility room and full bath complete the downstairs.
Upstairs, French doors from each of the three bedrooms open to the full-length balcony with chaise lounges. The guest room has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The bunk room sleeps four and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and children’s movie library. A book nook, with its own porthole and well-appointed children's library, is a quiet resting spot after a busy day at the beach and pool.
The master suite features a king bed, Samsung LED Smart TV with SONOS, an integrated entertainment system for the bedroom and master bathroom, and a private balcony.
Mills Cottage® offers many inviting outdoor living spaces to enjoy. The covered outdoor room features a luxe teak seating group and outdoor fireplace. Steps away, guests can dine outdoors by the fountain in the courtyard. The gas grill is just outside the kitchen door. Porches and balconies include teak furniture for lounging.
The adjoining bathhouse, with shower and storage room complete with beach toys, is off the boardwalk with direct access to the beach.
