From the meticulously placed windows, you’ll be able to enjoy the extraordinary environment surrounding this idyllic setting, which adjoins a meandering boardwalk. The house is positioned near the frog pool and is minutes away from the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of 30A.
One of the first things you’ll notice upon entering the massive wooden entry is the luxurious, heated saltwater pool. Sunbathers will appreciate the numerous lounge chairs and tanning cots. On one of the six porches, you’ll find a Ping-Pong table perfect for exciting challenges; on another, you can doze on the couch swing. The covered back porch has a propane gas grill and extra seating for dining alfresco. The outdoor fire pit has space where everyone can meet to toast S’mores.
On the first floor, the glistening white kitchen features quartz countertops, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner stove, and banquette seating in the breakfast nook. Guests will enjoy gathering around the flat-screen TV or playing games in the dining area. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use.
All five bedrooms on the second and third floors are decorated with a Scandinavian ambiance in calming neutral colors, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the second floor, the primary bedroom is a king and includes a private, covered balcony for cozy tête-à-têtes. The other two bedrooms on this level have king and queen beds. Guests will think they are in a tree house when sleeping in the loft bedroom with twin queen beds. Children in the group will feel right at home with their own playroom, TV, and bean-bag chairs. Should guests need an office, there are two dedicated workspaces along with a comfortable seating area.
