We recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can't recommend it enough. The home itself was beautiful, and had a warm atmosphere that made our stay feel like we were at our own home! Bonus: The screened in front porch was awesome - It was the perfect place to enjoy a summer night and watch some TV! One of our favorites spots was the community pool, which was a perfect place to relax! Also wanted to note that the house and community was impeccably clean, and its peaceful surroundings made it a true retreat. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more convenient. It was no more than 5 min from the beach, cute restaurants, coffee shops, and stores! The golf cart was an awesome way to get around 30A and made trips to the beach sooo easy and fun!

This is a beautiful home and comes with everything that you need to have a relaxing vacation. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. In addition to this, the neighborhood pool is immaculate with a well-maintained restroom and gym. This is a perfect location that is close to everything, but also far enough away to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet at the end the day after having fun in the Florida sun. Love the extras that are available such as the bicycles, golf cart, and outdoor shower. The host was super friendly and promptly responded to any questions that we had. Book this this place and you will not be disappointed!

We have been coming to 30a for about 8 years, and this is my new favorite house! The area is perfect! It is far enough away from the crowded portion of 30a but still close enough to get there if you want to shop or eat at those places. However, it is also pretty close to Destin so that you can enjoy the shops and restaurants there as well. We rode the golf cart and bikes down to Gulf Place numerous times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there are some nice shops there too. The subdivision is so peaceful and quaint. It has a huge dog park, nice tennis/pickle ball courts and the most gorgeous pool. We went down to the pool several nights at sunset because the sunset was gorgeous from there. The pool clubhouse has really nice restrooms and there is also a gym. We accessed the beach at Tops’l State Park and also at the Stallworth Beach Access. Both were great. The water was so clear and beautiful as always. THIS HOUSE: I have never stayed in a home where the owner put so much thought into making their guests fee at home! Everything was top notch, and there was not one time that I found myself saying “I wish we had this or that”. There was detergent to wash clothes, trash bags for trash, full size shampoo, conditioner , body wash and hand soap every bathroom. It was AMAZING to have the golf cart, bikes and beach set up already here and ready to be rented. And they were all so nice. Much nicer than anything you would rent from the local vendors and so convenient! Lisa has laid out all the information you need in a notebook for when you arrive and is available if you have any questions. She even texted me mid week to make sure that we had everything we needed and we’re enjoying our stay. This was by far my best experience and my family cannot wait to return. Thank you so much, Lisa!

WOW!! This place was incredible! The beach was amazing and so easy to get to. The home had far more than we expected. Incredible screen porch across the entire front of the home that we practically lived in! The beds were incredibly comfortable, as was everything. We loved waling to the beach each morning and setting up our "camp". we would walk home for lunch and to get snacks. So convent! The pool and hot tub were beautiful overlooking the ocean. We could not have asked for a better more confutable home and location. Very quiet private neighborhood! The golf cart was so fun and definitely worth getting! Lisa was super!! Extremely helpful and always available. Excellent communication! You will love it!

WOW!! This home is everything you see in the pictures and more. We are still talking about how beautiful the beach was! We spent most days taking the golf cart to the coffee shop for coffee- then riding to the beach entrance where we parked the cart and walked the beach. We loved having the beach chairs and all the supplies that we needed conveniently located at the home for us. Beds are super comfortable! The home is stocked with everything that we needed! We are not accustomed to that on 30A!! We went to many excellent resturaunts and grilled out at the home. We especially loved the incredible front porch where we napped during the day and listened to the ocean at night. Great spot to watch a movie also! The twinkle lights are a very nice touch art night. They truly thought of everything! Amazing community infinity pool. The walking trails through the cypress ponds were extraordinary and full of wildlife! Incredible find and amazing vacation!

30A Luxery Beach Home with Resort Pool & Spa
The Cypress Dunes community offers a long list of amenities in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The upscale amenities include a clubhouse which showcases a gulf front Infinity edge pool, state-of-the- art fitness center, outdoor Jacuzzi and fireplace, observation sun deck with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a banquet room. Two regulation championship tennis /pickle ball courts are located within the community.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
