We had an amazing time in Santa Rosa. This house was absolutely beautiful and everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming back!

This place was the perfect spot for our group of 13. Each room has a private bathroom which was great for getting ready with a large group. We enjoyed the balconies, large spaces, and warm pool. The elevator was difficult to learn how to use and we did not receive clear instructions of how to use it upon check in. Just know you must call it from the same floor you left it on or it will not work. The access to bikes and the golf cart was a huge plus given that transportation in the area is pretty much obsolete. I’d recommend hiring a driver or taxi company in advance if you and your group plan to go somewhere. We loved the large amount of seats at the kitchen table and large living room.
Check in was easy, beach access was great, the Airbnb had exactly what we needed for the most part and had lots of dishes which was a bonus.
Closets are large too! It is a very safe area and was perfect for our group and would be great for a large family too.

This place was very clean, such a fun and beautiful space. Enjoyed the location with easy access to the beach. Also the bonus of the golf cart and bikes for the group to get around the area. Lots of stairs , elevator was unfortunately slow and didn’t work the best. Would recommend for traveling with large groups!

This was a really great spot for our 3 families who traveled to Santa Rosa. Every room had their own full bathroom which was really nice. Golf cart was fun to have access to. Pool was heated which was needed our first couple days. Loved the private beach access. Would recommend brinjng a wagon to tote all of your chairs, toys, etc to the beach. Had small issue with the bikes the first day but submitted a request and they were super prompt sending someone to fix it right away. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back.

We loved this place! The location was great, the beach access was awesome and the communication was quick! Having the golf cart included in the rental was so very helpful. The house is decorated beautifully and we had more room than we could use. The weather was rainy but having the covered pool was the perfect way to still entertain the kids. The elevator stopped working after our first evening which was a bummer - and it being a holiday weekend, there wasnt really a fix - but it wasnt from Todd not communicating or trying. They even offered to come help us carry our luggage and stuff down when we were leaving to help ease the hassle which was, what we thought, next level service. We had a blast and cant wait to go back. Would 10/10 recommend this place!!

With access limited only to the surrounding neighbors, Horizon’s private beach assures you of the quiet enjoyment of the wide white, sugar sand beaches and crystal clear emerald waters that makes our area famous!
Of course, variety is the spice of life and with over 10 public beaches within 2 miles of Horizon, you’ll never run short of options to soak up the sun.
But, when you’ve had enough of the sun, you can still enjoy the water in Horizon’s covered pool. Yep, no need to tell the kiddos that they can’t play in the pool because they’ve had enough sun today. Horizon’s gated, covered pool allows everyone to enjoy the water longer without concern of being overexposed.
In the evening, savor the coastal breeze and panoramic ocean view from Horizon’s covered 4th story covered deck.
