There are 3 bedrooms on this first floor as well as the laundry area. Head up to the 2nd floor for the main open-concept area. Grab a snack for movie night on the 60" TV. Show off your chef skills in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 8, or you can snack and relax on the balcony. There is a convenient half bathroom off the kitchen. The 2nd floor includes another king suite with a bathroom you just have to see! The kids can head to the 3rd floor to the bunk room with an awesome balcony view and convenient wet-bar area. The neighborhood has 2 community pools, one at the end of S. Ryan (near the beach access point) that is heated seasonally and another pool on Chelsea Loop. Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!
