We invite you to stay at our beautiful home STAYIN' SANDY!! This spacious coastal home (newly built 2021) is beautifully furnished and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

The 5 BR, 4.5 Bath home, boastfully stands 3 stories tall and can comfortably sleep 14 guests.
The home has a private pool (heated for a fee) and a PRIME location within an 8 minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach??! When you're not relaxing at the beach, the porches and balconies will ensure everyone has room to relax and feel the ocean breeze. At 2800 square feet, there is room for everyone!

The entire back of the home is a custom wall of floor-ceiling windows providing tons of natural light and direct views of the the sparkling, Saltwater private pool! ?? The kitchen is a chef's delight-it has brand new appliances including a wine fridge, and stunning 36" navy blue Ilve gas range. Kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, and are full stocked with all the amenities you'll need. We provide a Vitamix, Keurig & Traditional Coffee Maker, Instantpot, Air Fryer, Non-stick pots n pans, and more...just bring the chef????? The massive oversized island has white Quartz countertops, and comfortably seats 5. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 8.

Prefer to dine al fresco? Grab a cocktail ??and dine on the patio overlooking the pool! The poolside dining table seats 6, and the pool area also has 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill. The private saltwater pool features LED lights for your evening swim ?????..... these can be remotely set at your request with special “light shows” or just a steady calming light turned on at dusk and off at 9:30 pm. Heated outdoor shower for your convenience.

The community is a safe, family friendly development of just 22 new homes. The beach is within a a 8-10 min walk.

Before sealing the deal on your booking at Stayin' Sandy, let's dive into some essential details:

Booking Essentials and Rental Agreement:
Once you've booked, keep an eye out for a Point of Contact (POC) form and a breezy Rental Agreement to sign.

Security Deposit:
To keep the beach vibes flowing, we'll place a $300 security deposit hold on your credit card two days before your stay. It'll be released five days after you bid adieu.

Safety First:
Relax knowing our place is decked out with fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and trusty fire extinguishers.

Check-Out Procedures:
Time to pack your beach gear by 10AM sharp! We've got to spruce up for the next wave of beachgoers.

Rental Age Policy:
We're all about family beach time! Our rentals are for family groups.

Parking:
Park with ease – no beach parking blues here! Parking for 3 cars plus a golf cart for your beach cruisin' crew.

No Smoking, No Partying:
Let's keep the air salty and the vibes chill – no smoking, vaping, parties, or glitter allowed!

Quiet Hours:
As the sun sets, keep it mellow outside after 11 PM. Let's soak in the serene beach sounds!

Maximum Guest Limit:
The spacious home accommodates max of 14 guests– it's all about beachside bonding!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable (less $99 cancellation fee) if cancellations are made 45 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept credit cards (Additional fee applies for all credit card transactions).
- A $300 security hold is placed on your credit card on file 3 days before your arrival and this will be released 5 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
