Inside, you’ll find ship-lap walls, 100-year-old reclaimed heart pine flooring, a chef’s kitchen, and a 4th-floor observation tower. Large windows fill the space with natural light, bringing a bright and airy coastal vibe across all four levels.

The main floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area. This is an incredible space, open and inviting, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There’s also a cozy seating nook beneath the dramatic stairway, and a primary bedroom, king, with an en suite bath.

Step out to the screened porch, which extends the living space and offers a great spot to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. TA grill is out here, with plenty of seating.
