This home is bright with an airy, open floor plan and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 8 guests (Please limit adult guests to 6 of the 8 maximum guests.) This beautiful all one-level home is centrally located in Panama City Beach, and less than a 4-minute walk to Bid-A-Wee’s private and gated beach access, only usable by those staying in the Bid-A-Wee community. In addition to multiple grills, a fire pit, outdoor shower, and the amazing pool and outdoor lounging areas, this property also comes with 4 cruiser bikes to enjoy the local area (guests must provide own helmets.) It is a perfect location to enjoy the amazing Gulf Coast Beaches, the fun of PCB and 30A’s quaint restaurants and shops.
The great open interior space features a fully equipped, family friendly kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and plenty of dinnerware and cooking equipment. This home features a king master bedroom suite with dedicated bathroom including separate soaking tub and shower, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed w/a trundle. The oversized attached two-car garage is directly accessible to the mudroom/laundry room or the front entry hall. This house is more than great vacation property, it is a “great vacation home”. *Pool heating note: the cost is $50/day to heat the pool. Pool heating is not offered when exterior temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

1. The fully equipped kitchen and nearby grocery stores allow for as many home cooked meals as you would like to prepare.
2. Take a short stroll down the beach to Runaway Island Grill, with sandy beach entry and amazing gulf-front location and views

What else do you need to know about Bid-a-wee Beach Bungalow
1. Backyard oasis includes covered porch, outdoor dining area and bar top, seating areas, pergola, firepit, gas and charcoal grilling area and private saltwater pool
2. No smoking anywhere on the property
3. No pets of any kind on the property
4. Guests must use outdoor shower to fully rinse off all sand before entering the house to avoid plumbing damage
5. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement, pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to arrival.

7. Pool alarms are located on the home’s doors and windows that directly access the backyard and pool for your safety.
