Step into this beautifully decorated home in 'The Preserves of Grayton Beach' and '17 Coleman Drive' will blow you away with its coastal white vaulted ceilings and stunning decor. The kitchen, living and dining spaces are an open concept and inviting. The kitchen has a gas stove and a wine fridge with a huge island with bar seating for four. The dining table seats eight so there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy a meal together!
The living room has ample seating for gatherings as well as access to two porches, one is screened in and super cozy and the other is open with two chairs so you can soak in the coastal breeze. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom, private balcony and ensuite fit with a king size bed and airy vaulted ceilings. The master ensuite has two sinks and a glass enclosed shower. Also on the first floor is a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed. It also has its own ensuite with a single sink and a tiled glass enclosed shower. Additionally there is a half bath and a laundry room on the first floor.
On the second floor you will find another guest bedroom on with a queen size bed and private en suite with one sink and glass enclosed shower.
Outside on this corner lot you will find an inviting paved lounge area with comfortable seating as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim in the Gulf or one of the two community pools!
