4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Guest do not have access to the interior of the rooftop 'Owners Lounge' - only the exterior around pool.
6) Beach chair service is included - 2 chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 table. Beach service is available March 16th through October 31st.
7) Community Hot Tub is currently NOT in working order.
