A true bonus to Beach Bummin are the outdoor living areas. On the porch you can relax in the Adirondack chairs. While on the patio your group can have meals and enjoy the private landscaped yard. Enjoy the quiet and the views from the balcony. This house also comes with 4 complimentary bicycles that will be dropped off and picked up at the end of your stay.

First Master Suite - king bed with a private bathroom with walk in shower, walk-in closet, and french doors leading out to the balcony.



Second Master Suite - queen bed, day bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and french doors leading out to the balcony.



Kids Bunk Area - child size beds recessed in the second floor hallway.



First Floor Bedroom - queen bed, connected to bathroom and walk-in closet.



Don't worry about bringing more than one or two cars there is ample parking.



Community Amenities: You are within walking distance of the pristine white sand beaches and beautiful sunsets. For your convenience there's also a complementary shuttle that will pick you up by the house to take you to the beach access. The 12,000 sq. ft. resort like pool is a short block from the house. You can walk to Rosemary Beach, Alyce Beach and The Village of South Walton and to where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping, strolling for an ice cream or coffee, rent bikes, even a day spa. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACH, BEACH WILD LIFE and the NOT TO BE MISSED SUNRISES AND SUNSETS!!!!! Be sure to make time to explore all that the area has to offer.
