Everyone is so friendly at 30A Escapes and accommodating. The house was so spacious with so much included to make you feel like you are in your home away from home.

This 30A Seacrest Beach house has quickly become a favorite of ours and we have recommended it to many of our friends. I worked with Will during our trip and he was amazing! He was very attentive and quick to respond to any question or concern.

We had 3 families staying in the house and there was plenty of room and privacy. My sister-in-law had a broken foot, so the elevator was a surprised blessing.
I had the pleasure of working with Will Schlosser. This young man met with me on a few occasions to show me different properties and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful in helping make the decision on which house would be best for our group. When I was ready to decide, Will graciously did a numbers comparison for me explaining the exact cost. During our stay, I had to contact him for a small issue and it was taken care very quickly. I most certainly will be contacting Will for my next rental. During my search for a rental home I dealt with a few of the local rental companies and I was impressed with Will's professionalism and willingness to assist.

To see is to believe! This is a home loaded with extras. With over 3,060 sq/ft and a total of 5,000 sq/ft indoor/outdoor space, this 5 bedroom home is designed to entertain. Relax on the oversized third floor veranda with outdoor kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets while you entertain your friends and family.
On the ground level, the first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed. A sitting room with queen sofa sleeper and laundry room finish off the first floor.
On the second floor is the main living area, kitchen, dining, and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen opens to a large living/dining area with tons of light and a beautiful balcony. The oversized kitchen offers custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove.
Down the hall are 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom on this floor features a Queen sized bed and attached bathroom. The smaller bedroom on this floor has a twin day bed and pull out trundle.
The third floor consists of the master bedroom with king bed and HUGE master bath. The third floor veranda is the jewel of this home with its ocean breeze, bar with sink and mini-fridge, and gulf views. Don't like stairs, no problem! Ride the elevator from the ground floor to the third floor to enjoy the view. .
Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc..
