Get ready to have the ‘Thyme’ of your life in this award winning ChiMar construction home in Seacrest Beach! Beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and heavy crown molding throughout. The breakfast bar seats 4 guests and the dining table seats another eight. The open concpet living spaces on the first floor give room for everyone to gather! The covered back porch has seating and the paved patio has a grill, seating and a swing. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed with a private en suite that includes a single sink and shower. There is also a powder room on the first level. 

The second level hosts three bedrooms including the primary suite with a king size bed, a private covered balcony and en suite with a double sink and shower. There is another master suite complete with a king size bed, a private covered balcony and en suite with a single sink and shower. The third bedroom on the second level hosts a fun kids bunk room with 1 twin over full bunk and an additional twin bed, theres also an en suite with a single sink and shower/tub combo. The laundry room is on this level as well.    The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite has a single sink and shower. There is a wet bar with a sink, coffee maker and mini fridge, bistro table and access to the balcony. 

This great neighborhood is situated between Alys and Rosemary Beach and is a short tram ride or walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A fabulous 12,000 square foot waterfall pool is also one of the many amenities Seacrest Beach has to offer.
