Up the stairs (the building does not have an elevator), the open kitchen and living area includes a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a full bath, and a nook with a twin bed.
A private beach access is available for the building, while two public beach accesses are less than a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, a rare coastal dune lake has public beach access. Stroll to Eastern Lake, simply beautiful and only a five-minute walk from your condo, perfect for kids to splash around in.
