Just outside the kitchen is open access to the dining room with a sound system that can lull you with music at meals.  The kitchen also opens onto a screened porch with another dining table and chairs that gives you two areas to entertain guests or family.  At the top of the stairs you'll find a cozy den with another smart TV and plenty of room to kick back.
