This is the BESTEST place in Seagrove- we’ve been coming for almost 20 years - have stayed in studios /1BR/Houses /but Legacy #303 can’t be beat … that view!!! The condo is super nice and very accommodating for our extended family of 7 now and growing!!! Beds super comfy . More than enough towels - but THAT VIEW!! We are spoiled now !!! Plus the owners are soo easy - they respond asap . Love that !! But that VIEW!!!

What a great condo!! Great location, great beach and a great host! We had a wonderful time! Ian is a great host, always offering info about the area and what to do! The condo is in the best location and is very clean and well kept! 100% recommend!

We planned our trip before the hurricane hit in Louisiana, so Ian’s place was exactly what our group of 9 needed! Such a beautiful and clean place—with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Would stay there over and over again. Ian was kind to respond via text and prompt as well. Thank you for providing a luxury condo...with an amazing view of the gulf. Had such a wonderful time!!!

My family and another family shared this wonderful condo week of 6/13-6/20/2020. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and the location. The owner communicated with me regularly prior to our arrival as our reservations were subject to restrictions due to the pandemic we find ourselves in this year. We all much needed a respite after all of the uncertainty and problems due to the unprecedented times. This place was exactly what we needed. The furnishings were great, the beds super comfortable and the view from the balcony was our favorite part. Loved the balcony furniture! We will return to this unit in this future-perfection! Beach chairs and Hunter that helped with the chairs gave us a wonderful home base every day on the beach to build around. Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful and well kept Condo with the most wonderful view. The location,the view,the size of the condo,the amenities and the kindness and care of the owner,all make this property a wonderful place to stay.This was our family's second year in a row staying in the condo and we plan to return again next year. The kids loved the bunk room and the parents loved the wet bar and the view from the porch. Love the memories we've made there the past 2 years and can't wait to make more.

Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous Seagrove home with our family of five. We have made 30-A our vacation destination. This was the third time we have stayed in the Seagrove area. I don't think you can find a more centrally located destination on 30-A. Your condo was the icing on the cake and is definitely a place we will return to for many years to come. It was extremely clean and had every amenity we could have ever wanted or needed. Again, thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Everything about this condo is perfect . Easy beach access,walk to great restaurants . Condo was spacious and nicely decorated. Looking forward to another wonderfulstay son.

If you love great views of the Gulf of Mexico then this condo is for you.The view is incredible. We recently visited Seagrove Beach and absolutely fell in love with this beautiful property and the area as a whole. There were 7 adults 2 teenagers and our 8 year old twins in our party and what a blast we had. The condo was very spacious ,luxurious and comfortable.The condo was well decorated with a large kitchen and wet bar making meal preparation for a large party a breeze.You are right on the beach and the pool is a decent size as well.Bring your bikes or rent some when you arrive as shopping,bars,restaurants in places like seaside and watercolor are just a short ride or walk away. Thank you for sharing your condo with us it is indeed fabulous.

WE OFFER A GULF FRONT POOL ,2 OUTSIDE GRILLS AND A PRIVATE BOARDWALK TO THE BEACH.THERE ARE ONLY 16 UNITS IN THE 4 Story GULF FRONT BUILDUNG ..LEGACY IS A SMALL INTIMATE RETREAT....YOU WONT FEEL OVERWHELMED BY LARGE CROWDS OF PEOPLE.
