Mare Blu is located in the gated neighborhood of Majestica Beach is perfect for your next beach getaway!  With a community pool and the beach access just steps away, Mare Blu is in the ideal location. 

Upon entering this home, you will find the foyer to place your flip flops and beach gear. The first floor level has a separate ice maker to fill your coolers and a full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen tv and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo is located on this floor.

The second floor level has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space for preparing family meals. The rustic dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 people at the bar. The living room has a large comfy sectional couch that is perfect for family movie nights and a large flat screen tv. The shared wrapped balcony offers 3 chairs with 2 beverage tables for outdoor seating to enjoy the evenings after a fun filled day at the beach. Just off of the kitchen area, you will find the second bedroom. This king size bedroom has a flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom and access to the 2nd floor balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. Just down the hallway is a little nook with a desk and a full size bathroom for added convenience. This bathroom has a glass corner shower and a pedestal sink.

As you enter the third floor level there is a wet bar with a mini fridge, small sink and coffee maker – perfect for the kids and an early cup of coffee!

The third bedroom is the kids bunk room. This room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a futon (total of 2 twins, 1 full and 1 full size futon). There is also a flat screen tv and Xbox 360!

The fourth bedroom is the master with a king size bed, flat screen tv, shared balcony and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The shared balcony offers gulf views and has 4 chairs for outdoor seating.

The fifth bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, shared balcony and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The shared balcony connects with the master king bedroom.

3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
