• Bikes Provided: This property has 6 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes


• Pool Heating: Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th


• Pet-Friendly: Non-shedding, housebroken dogs only. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in the pool and must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax applies
