This lovely 4-story 30A home located in Seagrove Beach was designed to take care of your every need and to meet your every expectation. Featuring all new furniture, new kitchen appliances and countertops, new electronics, entire interior has been painted, new flooring on the ground floor, hardwoods all refinished and parking updates.

Located right next to the colorful neighborhood of Seaside, a sought out area of 30A! Experience the breathtaking beauty of Seaside while you walk along its sugar-white sand. Spend the day taking in market and boutique style shopping, or ride your 5 bikes on the convenient bike paths along 30A or throughout the communities of Seaside and Seagrove Beach. 

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths here at Azure Leisure; the home sleeps 15 people. Decorated to enhance the creative design of this lovely beach home, you will be delighted with the many extras found here. Enjoy the private heated pool (fees apply for heating). The private elevator is perfect for taking up luggage, groceries or belongings. While the home is just 100 yards from the sand and gulf waters, you can easily take a short walk to beach. Cypress Hill Rd comes to a dead end and you will walk around to the beach access. 

Ground Floor: Entry foyer has a bench to conveniently place extra bags, beach items, etc.  Unique efficiency multi-purpose room serves as the fifth bedroom. This room opens out to the pool area and features a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. The bedding includes a Queen Murphy bed suitable for adults plus a low ceiling loft area with king and 1 twin. There is a full bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. An LCD TV and small dining table with three stools completes the room. The laundry room is in the hall with a super capacity washer and dryer.

Second Floor: You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The king master bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, dresser in spacious closet, large LED TV, full length wall mirror as well as a french door to the private balcony outfitted with two rocking chairs. The ensuite master bath features double sinks and a walk-in tiled shower.
The king guest bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, an LCD TV / DVD combo, dresser, closet, balcony overlooking the pool and shares a tub / shower bath with the bunk room. The shared bathroom has a vanity sink and separate toilet room. The bunk room has a built-in bunk bed with a king below and a twin above plus a twin trundle, as well as a wall mounted LCD TV, blu-ray and closet.

Third Floor: The spacious great room includes the living, dining and kitchen areas and offers magnificent views of the gulf. The renovated gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, ample cabinets, french door style refrigerator with ice-maker, 5-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave and an island with three bar-stools. The living room has a sectional sofa, 2 side chairs, large LED SmarTV, Blu-ray player, surround sound and gas fireplace. The large dining table seats eight comfortably. French style doors from the living room lead to the balcony which is set up with a cocktail table and four tall chairs plus a bench for enjoying the views. There is a convenient powder room off the kitchen. Also located on this floor is a queen bedroom which includes a bedside table, lamp, closet, dresser, LCD TV / DVD combo and a balcony overlooking the pool.  This bedroom has a private bath with pedestal sink and shower.

Fourth Floor: Enjoy the spectacular views from the fourth floor tower room with outdoor balcony. Tower is outfitted with a wet bar and a few bar-stools. Relax and enjoy the incredible Gulf and Seaside views.

Outside: When not at the beach, relax by your 12x24 private, heated pool (fee applies for heating) surrounded by lush vegetation and privacy fence. This pool has a small round water feature adjoining that is not heated or jetted. Outside hot and cold shower in privacy stall and half bath accessible to pool area. Parking for three cars in carport/driveway.

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes, but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.. 
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. Currently, there is construction next door and we do not have a completion date. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
5) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
