Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! The house is very spacious and plenty of space for our group of 7 (our kids had a blast staying in the bunk room). This is an excellent location in the Grayton Beach area with private access to the gorgeous beach. The house is fully stocked with beach toys/chairs and the kids also enjoyed swimming in the community pool. Great hospitality and quick responses from the owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved everything about this perfect rental! It was a beautiful brand new home, extremely spacious and the perfect size for our group of 10. The 3 bedrooms with king size beds each had so much space – loved the closet space, spacious bathrooms and the generously sized kitchen/living space. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos with the bunks not being too high and having access to their own bathroom as well. The location was great, the kitchen had all the basics including kid plates, and the beach chairs were all easy to use backpack chairs which was convenient for the walk to the beach. The home is located towards the front of the neighborhood so it’s easily accessible, quiet and close to the beach as well as fun local destinations like Red Bar and Seaside.

Loved my stay at this home. It is perfect for a multi-family vacation. We were 6 adults and 4 kids. There is a large open living space on 1st floor and also an upstairs hangout room so we had plenty of space. Beach access is great and we enjoyed the ease of having the beach cart, chairs, and toys.

Traveled for spring break to stay here. House had everything we needed and the neighborhood was really quiet which we liked. Beach access was a 5 minute walk down a private boardwalk. Would def stay again.

This home is beautifully designed with high end appliances and amenities. We loved the quiet neighborhood and private beach access. The boardwalk path to the beach through the woods and over the sand dunes was amazing and one of my favorite things about the property. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend!
