This place was everything it says & more, it's gorgeous w/ the wrap around covered porches w/ the ocean & pool as your views. The walk over is just steps away, lots of beach equipment like toys, chairs, umbrellas for your enjoyment.
The owner, Julie, was the nicest & most helpful responsive owner of any place I have ever rented before (and we have stayed down here for many years)
The place looks practically brand new inside, 3 great comfy king beds, 2 bump beds, plus there was a pack & play & high chair for our granddaughter.
The pool right next door could not be more convenient after a day at the beach. Right next door to the Watercolor beach club, 1 min walk, if you want more pools. Across the street from shops & restaurants, the location is perfect!!!!

This property is tastefully decorated, comfortably spacious and includes a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect with an ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, easy beach and pool access, and walkable to all Seaside restaurants, shops and Watercolor amenities. It would be hard to find a better location in Watercolor! I highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year. Julie is a very responsive, considerate and helpful host!

You can't ask for a better location at Watercolor. Right on the beach, your family can enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets. We loved the private pool right outside our door, the 5-minute walk to Seaside, and the proximity to the best of 30A. Beachside Dunes has everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs/umbrellas. Its truly one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

The property checked all the boxes for our group of 7 people. It gave us the coziness we love about a beach house but was spacious enough that we weren't all on top of each other. The family room provided plenty of comfortable seating (4 chairs and a couch). The kitchen was stocked with any cooking utensils or dishes you could need and it was an added touch that the owner encourages previous guests to leave the leftover non-perishable essentials for future guests. Julie was extremely responsive if we ever had any questions and usually responded within minutes. The condo is beautifully decorated as well! No complaints, and we will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and resort property. The 2 floor condo was fantastic. Extremely clean and up to date. The kitchen was fully stocked with all a professional chef needed. The view of the ocean and sunsets never disappointed. Access to a private condo pool as well as all the Watercolor pools made this an amazing trip for the kids. The proximity to beach and the town center makes this an ideal location for adults as well. We can't wait to come back.

We came to Watercolor with a baby, toddler, and older grandparents, so we wanted something super convenient to the beach. Julie’s condo fit the bill - it right on the boardwalk to the beach and has a pool right outside the front door that was for the use of condo residents only (it was pretty much empty the whole time). The rooms were very comfortable - the beds and sheets were the nicest I’ve ever experienced in a rental property. The kitchen and unit was stocked with everything we needed, including a pack n play. Julie was also so nice, responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

My three teenagers and I just returned from our wonderful stay in this beautiful condo, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the property. It is immaculate and has all of the bells and whistles of a five-star hotel, but with much, much more room. The layout, decor, furnishings and location were all fabulous. It's so nice to have the privacy of the condominium pool (we were often the only guests using it), the convenience of the activities at Watercolor Inn just next door, and a short bike ride away from restaurants, shopping and activities in Seaside.
The owner was extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Can't say enough positive things about the experience. Have already recommended to close friends and definitely plan to return

Property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Julie was a wonderful host and made us feel most welcome. It was within walking distance to the beach, entertainment, and resturants. We enjoyed the private pool where we by ourselves most of the time. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

We have been to Watercolors are many times, but this is the first time we’ve stayed on the gulf side of 30A and location is really excellent. We just walked out the door, over the private boardwalk and we were at the beach. So easy to run up to the unit for lunch or anything you might need. Our group of 6 adults fit nicely and we were very comfortable. The condo was newly remodeled and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans that we needed. We cooked several nights which was great since the area was so crowded and restaurant wait times were long. Julie and Gregg were great host and gave us everything we needed to make our trip memorable. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to 30A.
