This bright and elegant home is located in the tranquil gated neighborhood of Watersound West Beach, South of highway 30A. This home is a beautiful coastal retreat, tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and Deer Lake State Park. In our neighborhood you can stroll and bike along picturesque paths and streets, visit the zero-entry heated community pool, or head out on our private boardwalk access to a peaceful sugar white stretch of sand without ever needing to cross a busy road.

Adults will appreciate the home’s upscale coastal decor, abundant light, and beautiful views of the lake. Kids will love the fun bunkroom with six beds and ensuite bath, the TV lounge on the upstairs landing, and, of course, high speed internet.

Enjoy relaxing mornings on the screened-in porch or upstairs balcony and make memories eating around our large outdoor dining table. Meal prep is a delight in the large modern kitchen. There are three master bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs, each have a king size bed and ensuite bath.

Watersound West is ideally located in the heart of 30A. Our house is 0.7 miles from the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market, 1.7 miles from The Hub, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Seaside, and close to Deer Lake State Park beach access. The perfect place to enjoy a golf cart!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
