The pool company has to access the inside of the home once a week to service the pool on the 2nd floor.
Pool can be heated upon 72 hr request prior to check-in for an additional fee, Please contact Vacasa for details.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
