This captivating home is all about outdoor entertainment and relaxation with a large screened lanai overlooking the canal. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the heated outdoor pool while the grilling master of the group treats everyone to delicious grilled burgers or hot dogs prepared on the gas grill. The firepit provides a wonderful spot to gather and roast s'mores while the poolside dining area allows you to enjoy your alfresco meals with impressive views of the pool and the canal. There is a water-side concrete pad with chairs where you can sit and enjoy impressive water views.
Inside, this classic Cape Coral home offers a welcoming open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the inviting living room as you watch a fun show or movie on the TV. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to have a Keurig coffee maker available. When mealtime comes, you can choose to enjoy your meals at the formal dining table, breakfast table, or breakfast bar, depending on the mood. The spacious primary bedroom houses a TV and an en suite bathroom. It also enjoys direct access to the back patio. One of the guest bedrooms has a TV while the other has a working desk. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.
