Leisure Time sleeps 11 and is perfectly nestled between the gulf waters to the west and the bay to the east.  Wake each morning watching the sun rise over the bay from our top deck and end each day watching it sink into the gulf waters.  This well-appointed home has 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 king bedroom with an ensuite that is fully handicap accessible, and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) and an ensuite full bath.  The loft provides another area of entertainment and a pullout couch that sleeps 1.  The three screened porches offer many options for outdoor eating, lounging, and playing.  The guest garage is available with each rental as well as access to the elevator to provide easier access to the main floor from the ground.  Our home has a strict no smoking policy and is pet friendly.

The quiet neighborhood has a shared pool along with a basketball hoop for non-beach days.  Access to the beach is just a quick walk out of the neighborhood.

Open-concept 4 bedroom home with 4 full baths and 1 half.  Perfectly located between the Bay and the Gulf.  This home is along the road leading into the state park and has beautiful bay views to the east and with the gulf to the west.  The home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 screen rooms, an open deck on top, and a private 17' swim spa.  A large dining table on the back screened deck allows for large family meals outside.  Rentals include access to the guest garage and the elevator-allowing easy access from ground level to the main floor of the home-also making the home handicap accessible.  The neighborhood is quiet with under 10 homes and has a shared pool and a basketball hoop.  Access to the beach is just a quick walk out of the neighborhood with a deeded access boardwalk.

Spend the day on the gulf with white sand beaches and without the crowds or head into the nearby state park for the best of both worlds.  While in the state park, you will have walkout access to the beach (no stairs) as well as access to the beautifully clear waters of the bay that are abundant with marine life.  Fishing boat rentals available at Scallop Cove, too within the state park.
