The brand new Seagrass Shores is awaiting your arrival! Situated on the sought after North end of the Cape, we are only a mile past the Trading Post in the beautiful, gated Seagrass Community. From the driveway, it's only a 1 minute walk to the Seagrass Pool and Lounging Area, and from there only a 1-2 minute walk to the subdivision beach access. Our 2,900 square foot, two-level home features a large open living and dining area with beautiful gulf and bay views, dining space for 10 with a dining table and bar seating, and a large covered deck with gulf and bay views. Also on this level is the first king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in tiled shower. The middle level features 2 additional king bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms and a middle bedroom with two full beds and it's own full en suite bathroom as well. This level also has the second covered deck for watching the sun rise over the bay or relaxing as it sets over the gulf. There are smart televisions in each bedroom and in the living area, which also features a cozy electric fireplace. On the ground level, there is a large outdoor showering area and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, beverage fridge, grill and dining table.This is the perfect shaded place for the family to gather and cookout after a day in the sun! Seagrass Shores is a pet-free home.

Seagrass Shores is located mid-way down the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula (aka The North Cape), a which extends west between the Gulf of Mexico's gorgeous white beaches and the calm, shallow bay. Cape San Blas boasts quiet, pristine beaches, amazing sunsets, and wonderful fishing opportunities off the beach or in the bay.

~CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
KITCHEN
·        Please load and turn on the dishwasher.
·        Remove all food from the refrigerator, cabinets and pantry.
BEDROOMS
·        Leave bed linens on the beds.
BATHROOMS
·        Leave soiled towels/washcloths in the bathrooms.
HOME
·        Return all furnishings to their original position.
·        Place ALL trash in bags and in the trash carts outside.  NO TRASH IS TO REMAIN IN THE HOME.  Be sure trash containers are beside the road in the open driveway area so they aren’t missed by the truck. Pick up is Saturday and Monday.   
·        Check all drawers, closets, underneath beds, and bathrooms for personal items. There will be a $25 service charge plus shipping costs to return forgotten items.
·        Please be sure all indoor and outdoor lights are turned off.
·        Set Air Upstairs and Downstairs on Warm Days to COOL and 74, and on Cold days to HEAT 67.
·        Please lock all 4 exterior doors.
**Water balloons are NOT allowed on the property.
