We stayed at Delimara July 8-15. This was one of the most beautiful beach houses we have ever stayed in. They have everything you could ever want in this home. Just bring your food and your swim suit! We will definitely stay again in the future!

We were first extremely pleased with the owners, because they constantly ensured we were comfortable and everything was okay. If there wasn't they fixed it immediately. The mule with the home was amazing, especially with kids. Views from the top deck were breath taking views. It is extremely hard to find a vacation rentals that understands the love we have for our doggies and kiddos. Everything was provided to a T. We couldn't have found a better vacation rental and we are definetly going to be coming back to one of Jennifer's other rentals if not this one again. We have been staying at SGI, Carrabelle, Indian Pass, and now here for 10 years and this is the only rental we would stay at again. The weather was really rough a few days, but time well spent with the family. This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and honestly, we cannot wait until we can return. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully prepared and Jen quickly responded to any questions I had. The home is conveniently located to public beach access and the option of renting the beach cart was a total plus! We are already looking to plan another vacation! Thanks Jen for everything.

We rented this house as a last minute spring break for a partial week. We have been going to the cape for several years staying on the beach side. I was worried the walk to the beach would be a little too far, but it wasn’t at all. This house is fantastic! You can see both the ocean and bay from the house. The house is decorated beautifully, and the kitchen is so well stocked. We had a fabulous time! The only down side was that we couldn’t bring our dogs.

We went this past fall to Delimara and it was so very relaxing! My only complaint is that I wish that we could have stayed longer! Having a full sized washer and dryer was great for our family with all the beach towels that we needed washed! Also the ice machine was a definite plus! We absolutely LOVED that feature! The property manager had some great local suggestions and she was very friendly to work with. This house and the location was great because it was in walking distance to Longbill's. We went there a lot! Overall we will most definitely be returning!

Beautifully remodeled 3 BR/3 BA with Stunning Panoramic Views of the Gulf, Bay and the Cape
Located near the St. Joseph Pennisula State Park, this home provides a peacful setting and escape from the hustle and bustle of it all. There are a variety of open and covered porches for those who want shade or sun. There are so many spaces in this home to enjoy the views. The Lanthorn (the lens room in old lighthouses) is perfect for getting away to read, write, study or work (if you must). You will find all new flooring throughout, large walk-in tile showers and all new living room furniture. Wi-Fi is provided and all rooms have Smart TV’s. This luxurious home has deeded beach and bay access points. Parking can comfortably fit two cars and atleast one boat.
Master Suite (2nd Floor
- King size bed, access to ocean view balcony, Smart TV, custom tile walk in shower, double vanity, closet and plenty of towels and linens.
Queen Bedroom (Main Floor)- 1 queen size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk-in closet and attached bathroom.
Bunk Room (2nd Floor)- Double twin bunk beds with ensuite bathroom and Smart TV
Kitchen- Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops and luxury modern appliances.
Laundry- Full size laundry with washer & dryer
Living room/Dining area- Brand new furniture and sleeper sofa, access to balcony, and flat screen Smart TV. Dining room seats 6 + 3 at bar.
Delimara supplies 3 bikes for those evening or morning rides. Beach chairs, kids toys, and a utility cart to tote these items back and forth from the beach or bay. We are a no smoking home and at this time we do not allow pets.This is an area downstairs fited with a BBQ grilling and a shower to wash off that excess sand.
